Too big of wattage for our house. I'm sure it's a good unit, just didn't work for us. We didn't have the right hookup for it. Sent it back.

Flow rate that is needed to turn heater on is too high for most single faucets. You need at least .8 gpm to turn heater on, most of the points of use that I have call for about .6 to .7 at full hot, not enough to start the unit so the water stays cold
