I like wearing a long sleeve to work and find my scrub jacket gets a little too hot but I like the extra pockets to hold flushes, alcohol swabs etc.. so this vest is a perfect in between! i got a medium - regularly my size— and it fits great not to tight and not to loose.

This vest is great, as described, light weight and good quality; I found that it runs true to standard size…not ‘scrub size’. Typically I wear a size medium in most scrub brands like healing hands, barco, and Cherokee. But in street clothes I’m a L-XL. I bought this as an accent piece to my scrubs not to keep me warm. It is thin, which i liked. I am 5'4" 145lbs and a medium fits me perfectly. I have hips and it still zipped. The pockets are perfect and items do not fall out when I sit down or bend over. The item arrived when expected and was packaged well with no foul odor. This is a very thin product. I was expecting something thicker. It’s nicely made, but I’m not happy with how thin it is. It has little stretch to it and the pockets aren’t deep. Stuff falls out if them all the time. Bad purchase in my experience.
