Great dog bed! We have had this for a few months now and it has held up very well. The size is very nice and my dogs ranging in size from 10 pounds to 60 pounds all like sleeping on it. It has a nice thickness to it and offers a lot of support for my older dogs with the cushions on the side. I would buy this again. This is a nice, firm, well-sized bed for your dog. It's visually appealing in a way that beds that don't have raised edges are not. And those edges are not just for looks: my dog loves sleeping on the bed and resting his head on it. The edge seems to give him some wanted head support. I bought this bed for our collie, who is now about 75lbs. The size is perfect for her, and she loves it. My favorite feature is ability to remove and wash the cover. It has held up well for over two years. However, now all of the tiny gripper dots on the bottom of the bed have started coming off in the washing machine. There are a million of them, so it’s really a pain to try to remove them from the machine every time we wash it. I am debating on whether to stick it out until the last of the dots have come off, or buy a new bed and risk going through this all over again later. Since the rest of the bed is still in good condition, I’ll probably stick it out for now. In the future though, I will probably look for beds that don’t have grippers underneath. ... show more

We had an aging dog who slept in bed with us and lounged on the couch with us but his joints couldn't handle getting up any more. We purchased this XL dog bed for him to be close to us but also comfortable. I was surprised at how comfortable it was and ended up laying with him on the bed towards the end. We have had this bed for 1.5 years far and it’s still like new. It is so easy to take apart to wash, making it super easy to maintain. There are no tears or any sign of wear even after daily use and weekly washes. All of the cushions have maintained their support and thickness, even with my 60lb dog laying all over side cushion.
