I am disappointed that the range is not as advertised. I purchased the H5 for my daughter and her does the same thing and hers won't reach 19mph. More like 17mph and teetering at 18. No way these are getting 15 mile range on sport mode at 19mph. It really sucks because I planned on starting a review channel for the scooter. ... show more

I recieved this scooter about 3 weeks ago, just to ride it to and from work. It was fine for about a week and a half. Now, the speed jumps up and down pretty drastically while riding it. And a few times it had stopped real quick while riding it. I would love to return it, but the fact that I have to pay to have it shipped it absolutely absurd. Never again. ... show more
