This is my first electric scooter, and I purchased it for my daily commute to a shuttle stop. For this purpose, it has been an ideal choice and has met all my expectations. The main reason I chose this model was the dual suspension. Since the scooter has 8.5-inch solid tires, I was worried about a bumpy ride. The solid tires are a huge plus for me because I never have to worry about getting a flat, but they are naturally harder than air-filled tires. The dual suspension does a very good job of absorbing most of the bumps from sidewalk cracks and uneven pavement, making the ride much smoother and more comfortable than I expected. Here are my other observations: Portability: This is a key feature for my shuttle commute. It folds down in a few seconds and is only 33 lbs, so I can easily carry it onto the shuttle or up a short flight of stairs. Performance: The 350W motor provides smooth acceleration and is more than enough for my trip. It gets up to its 19 mph top speed quickly and handles small inclines well. Battery Life: The advertised range is "up to 15 miles." In real-world use, especially on the highest speed mode, it's realistically closer to 12 miles before the speed starts to drop, which is common for all scooters. Since my commute is short, this is more than enough, and I only need to charge it every few days. Safety: The dual brakes (one electric, one drum) feel responsive and safe. The headlight is bright, and the LCD screen clearly shows my speed and battery life. In summary, this is a fantastic value. It's a low-maintenance (thanks to solid tires) and comfortable-enough (thanks to dual suspension) scooter that is perfect for a new owner or anyone who needs a reliable, portable option for short-distance commuting.

The WERHY 8.5'' Electric Scooter exceeded my expectations from the first use. The 350W motor has very good power, accelerates smoothly but firmly and reaches up to 19 MPH, ideal for both daily journeys and longer rides. One of its biggest strengths is the double suspension, which is really noticeable when driving on irregular roads; the trip is much more comfortable and stable compared to other scooters I have tried. The 8.5-inch wheels offer good grip and control. The autonomy is excellent, depending on the mode of use it can yield between 16 and 22 miles, more than enough to go to and from work, school or run errands without worrying about the battery. In addition, the dual braking system provides safety and confidence when stopping, even at higher speed. I love that it is foldable and light, which makes it easy to store it in the car or at home. The quality of the materials feels solid and well built, ideal for both teenagers and adults. Low noise In summary, it is a powerful, safe and comfortable electric scooter, with very good value for money. Really impressed with this scooter for the price. The dual suspension actually makes a noticeable difference and the ride feels smooth even on rough pavement. It reaches close to 18 MPH and has plenty of power for daily commuting or cruising around. Battery life has been solid so far, and it folds easily for storage or carrying. Build quality feels sturdy and braking is responsive. Overall, great value and a fun, reliable scooter for adults or teens. I also really liked thag it was ready to ho just 4 screws needed for assembly and thats it. The breaks works well too no maintenance required.

This scooter has been dependable so far after three days of use: twice a day. The roads in Houston are not smooth, so wishing I bought the model with larger wheels. These wheels make the frame wobble a bit while riding because of the pavement, not the scooter per say. I would not recommend the "all terrain" scooter for rough city street riding. It's not the smoothest ride; however, it rides fast and the frame and wheels are durable thus far.

I’m really happy with this electric scooter! It’s compact and lightweight—much lighter than the one I used before. The weight feels just right, easy to lift and carry without being too heavy. The app connection and setup were super simple, and even beginners can figure it out right away. The front-wheel drive makes the ride very stable with no lifting or wobbling, and the brakes respond smoothly and quickly. What I love most is the solid tires, so there’s no need to worry about flats or air pressure at all. It’s perfect for daily commuting, rides smoothly, and feels very safe.Recommended especially for girls or teens who need an easy, reliable way to get to school or around town

I got the "19mph" model, but it peaked at 17mph. I only weigh 145lbs which isn't near the maximum capacity, so if you weigh that or more, don't expect the scooter to reach the max 19mph. Although I know the description claims the scooter can reach the max range under "ideal conditions" also don't see why the scooter would go from 100% battery to 5% after about 7 miles mostly downhill. That's with a brand new battery too, so as time goes on, I'm sure the range would get even worse. I'm only disappointed since my previous scooter from a different brand claimed the same specs and actually delivered. I got this scooter since I'd save some money compared to my previous scooter that broke after 6 years, but now I think I should pay up with my first brand to get what this scooter couldn't give me. The scooter rides without issue other than what I previously stated and the suspension definitely makes a difference, however, it doesn't make up for the lack of speed and range that it claims to have.
