This was a Christmas present for our nephew. He loved it! The set up was super easy! Comes in a box folded up and you just slide the handles and click it all in. You have to download the App! Otherwise you're missing out!!! This scooter is packed with features but without the app, you cannot access them. Its locked at 15mph, but with the app I was able to set the speed a little higher at 18mph. Has cruise control and can be locked in Park so no one can ride off. Theres features to set the starting torque, kick start feature, and how much braking you want. The suspension is a night and day difference from scooters without. You'll notice in seconds if you've ever ridden standard scooters without a suspension. We'll worth the money. Most of the one star reviews are those that didn't download the app and can only go 15mph or its locked in Park. GET THE APP! ... show more
