I would not recommend this company or this bike. I purchased the WERHY Electric Bike for my son to use for transportation to and from school. The bike worked fine for about two weeks, and then the battery completely stopped working and the bike would not even turn on. Trying to get help from the company was extremely frustrating. Communication was practically nonexistent, and I had to involve Amazon customer service multiple times just to get a response from the seller. I clearly explained that I needed a replacement bike because my son depended on it daily, but instead of listening to what I requested, they issued a refund without even asking me first. To make matters worse, after I shipped the bike back, I received a message saying my return window had expired and that I would not be refunded. Once again, I had to contact Amazon to step in and help resolve the issue. Amazon ultimately had to open a claim on my behalf before I finally received a full refund. While I appreciate Amazon making things right in the end, the entire experience with this company was stressful and disappointing. Between the defective product, poor customer service, lack of communication, and return issues, I will never purchase from this company again. ... show more

I got this to go back and forth to work. I live 4 miles from my job. Delivery was on time. Assembly was pretty easy, I left for work with a full charge. I made sure tires were fully aired. The bike had struggled up hills. Which I was expecting since I’m not light. At one point it got down to 5 mph. Otherwise it was fine. I got to work the battery was almost dead. If you plan to use it for commuting. Keep the charger on your person. The brakes are noisy. The ride was smooth except unless you were riding on bumpy roads. The seat adjustment was easy. I was able to carry it up and down my stairs easily. For the price of the bike the quality was worth the money. As long as you planning giving it to a child. ... show more

However, the owners manual fails to have 2 things in it that should be: installing the front tire. There are directions on how to install the seat, which is bit more self explanatory, but I felt a little blurb of guidance on the front tire should be noted. And 2 the speeds should have an explanation of most assists to least assists with an approximation of battery life each potentially will eat up listed for reference. I have only tested it around my house yard so far, so I look forward to putting it to the test in a couple weeks. ... show more

Great bike. Directions are horrible but easy enough to figure out. Battery does NOT last long. Comfy and goes pretty fast. Back seat is worthless though.

WEHRY electric “bike” failed on the second use. The unit completely shut down and my kid fell off. Wouldnt power on after that, similar to other reviews. The main board is under that rear seat and it’s pretty well exposed to the elements, so looking at that I wouldn’t expect this thing to last long. Customer service didn’t respond after the initial “we are here to help” email. FedEx was trash. For delivery, they held my package twice without my authorization. FedEx return took forever.
