Went to put it up to find lamp shade has a defect. For how much this cost, you should only be sending out perfect pieces. Where is you cq? Sadly this came when we were blindsided so it was put away in closet & wasn't put up till yesterday, which is after return window. What is up with sending free test bulbs that are of poor quality & heat up fast ? If you could make this right seller with a replacement or partial credit for this order that would be appreciated. Amazon is giving us no way to directly contact you since return window has passed. ... show more

    • You get what you pay for
First. I have to say, this is a beautiful lamp. It is made of real stained glass, not some fake coloring, or film over the glass parts. It is not light in weight, so be prepared when your standing on a ladder, with your arms in the air, to install this. It is not easy to install, though it is not technically challenging or difficult to understand. The real problem, as is almost always the case... Its made in China. So quality is on the cheap side. The installation hardware is chinsy, and the universal channel locks, don't really match up well with the bolts in your ceiling mount. I wrestled for just over an hour trying to modify the install hardware to match up with the ceiling mounting bracket already embedded in my home. Changing the bulbs will also be difficult as the lamp hangs by short chain links and there just isn't enough room to get your hands in there to remove the chains, so you can access the bulbs. So you may struggle there too. But the lamp looks amazing after all the hard work. ... show more
