I've been in excruciating pain for months due to the worsening of CT in my wrists/hands that I've battled for about 30 years now. It had moved up my arms, and so bad on my right elbow, it's caused my right arm to be almost completely incapacitated. I've also been living with extensive pains for the last few years throughout my torso, especially my mid-back, as a result of surgery for cancer. The surgery resulted in multiple incisions cutting muscle, nerves, and ribs for an esophagectomy. Received my order on Friday and immediately started using it. In less than 24 hours, I have relief from pains I never would have imagined possible. I work from home and am on the computer 10-16 hours a day. Working with mostly one arm has been near impossible these last few months. It's now the 6th day, less than a week later, I'm working in my office, without horrible pain, and without a single brace. I have multiple different braces for my wrists and elbows due to the carpal tunnel and so much prefer not having to wear them to work. I am still using my small stabilizer brace on my right wrist which is nothing compared to the large, bulky night and day braces!! In addition, after 6 days of using XXL - I've discontinued the 2x daily Aleve. After 4 days of use, my daily routine is now to remove my CT sleep braces in the morning, apply XXL. Use again another couple times during the day and not using CT day braces but for one small stabilizer brace on my right wrist as needed which is usually not until the evening when I leave my office for the day and work with my laptop. When I get ready for bed I apply the last dose for the day, wrap my elbows and wrists, and put on my night braces. Knowing full well that everyone's body chemistry is different and not all have the same success with products, I'm absolutely thrilled and feel this is one of the best products I have ever tried. I hope everyone living with aches and pains has success as well. Thank you for this product. I will continue using it for as long as it helps me so I can resume leading a normal life.

I don’t usually write negative reviews but feel the need to for this gel/cream since it’s completely ineffective and is falsely advertised. I’ve tried using it a couple times in hopes that some effects would take place and that I’d feel some pain relief from the product, but it does nothing. You may feel a slight cooling sensation when first applied but that is due to it being a gel-based cream and not because it’s a “premium cold therapy hemp gel” like it says it is. Almost immediately the sensation is gone and the pain is back- so maybe the one true thing about it is that it does absorb into your skin quickly but in a negative way since the cooling relief it claims to be “long-lasting” almost instantly is gone and so you are back to square one and feel exactly how you did prior to application. Lastly- there is definitely a bad scent to it - not awful and not strong menthol or anything - but it’s advertised as “fragrance free” and that’s not true. Hope this helps others not to buy this product.

This is a lifesaver. Honestly. I’ve 6 major surgeries, one being a cervical discectomy and fusion. To top it off I suffer from cluster migraines and general migraines. I use a lot of essential oils and wish I could take more magnesium soaks (with consistency you will notice a change in your mobility). I haven’t tried many over the counter gels/ointments beside tikun eran almog ointment or tincture. Let me get to the point. Hemp Gel 4000mg helps me get back to sleep when chronic pain or migraines wake me up. Even my TMJ/TMD appreciates in when slathered on the mandible. Soooo. This stuff is a life saver. Use it. You’ll agree.
