Tiger Balm was recommended by my physical therapist for joint pain and tendonitis. It definitely feels awesome while it's working for the first hour. It quicky dissipates after that, but leaves my arm feeling much better for another couple of hours. The downside is the intense smell of this Tiger Balm ointment. I would not put it on my arm if I was going out in public - I use it only while at home and then clean it off if I'm going out of the house. This product would get a 110% rating if it was unscented. Excellent product! My neck pain is gone within 15 mins of applying the Tiger Balm. The odor is definitely there after the balm is applied. It’s well worth smelling the Tiger Balm and being pain free when my neck is acting up.

This is the absolute best muscle rub for pain and soreness! Believe me, we've tried so many! It works fast & leaves lasting benefits. I have a Herniated Disk that sometimes makes it so I cna barely stand up or walk. I used this on it and it worked miracles!

Im not sure how I feel about tiger balm. I saw a Tik tok about how it helps with sore muscles and you can use it for lymphatic drainage but I would rather just use lotion for that. This has a very strong smell and it will linger on you all day. BUT when I had a cold for a couple of weeks this was great. Cleared my nasal passages right up when I took a whiff. Not sure if that is doctor recommended but it was almost better than Vicks. ALMOST ... show more

I love this stuff. I remember growing up it was under the name camphor phonique. It is hard to find in the drug stores where I live. Amazon offers a better value in a larger container.

Love this product. I think we feel like it works when we can smell the strong scent. Wish it had a lighter scent. But it helped with a lot of my minor pain issues. Would recommend

I use this on my low back and over my hips. Wonderful source of cold heat. Love the scent. Come off rather easily
