Arms weren't all exact, so we had to bend a few so they would be a little more straight. First item had too many of the exterior ones and was missing an interior arm. Had to return the first one, but second one was alright. Overall pretty happy with the light. Just wish it was a tad long because we put this in a 2 story entry/stairway ... show more

It took a little bit to put together but not terrible. I purchased three for our exterior covered front and back porches. By the third we were pros at putting them together.
