This is a very powerful, high-quality massager that feels almost medical-grade. The performance is impressive, and the machine itself is well made and effective. However, the power level is also my main concern. For such a strong device, the instructions are too minimal. The manual only gives very basic advice (use on large muscles, don’t stay longer than 30 seconds, avoid bones and hair), which is not enough for a massager this intense. There should be clearer, more detailed guidance, including warnings about sensitive areas and lymph nodes, and better explanations of where it should not be used. There are only three speeds, and all of them are very strong. Personally, I could only use the first speed and only on very large muscle groups. This massager feels more suitable for large men or people with a bigger, stronger body. For smaller or delicate users, it may be too aggressive. Overall, the machine is still very good and effective, but it really needs clearer, more professional instructions to match its power. Solid 4 out of 5.

Wow, this works powerfully! I can only use it on my neck for about 30 seconds at a time at the lowest setting but even that little makes my neck feel loose and great afterward. It's very quiet. It's super easy to change the attachments and really easy to adjust. I'm not using it long enough to really feel the heat but the heat function is really user friendly too. Great product!

Very subjective here as far as overall ratings. For this percussion massager itself: it has a great build quality that feels like it will last a very long time. The head attachments are well thought out and stay connected easily, and this does everything you'd expect a massager to do. The heat ball is something a bit extraordinary on massagers - you can find massagers from dozens or hundreds of no-name importers, but none of them have that feature, so it's definitely a plus. But for the subjective part: this isn't very comfortable to hold. It's kind of heavy so holding it for long periods of time - especially on yourself - ends up not feeling great. The message it can do it quite nice, especially with the variety of speed options - but unless you're using this on someone else it's heft and shape make it a bit less ideal than the more cheaply made and lighter ones. All in all, a good massager but self-massages aren't comfortable for long periods due to size and weight.

This massage gun is just okay. I’m comparing it with the Vybe massage gun I got a couple of years ago and use somewhat regularly. I decided to try the Wellbody because of its “heat ball” feature. Sadly I cannot get it to heat up. The ball has to be charged separately from the battery for the gun (requires a USB charging brick) and then turned on separately. I’ve tried several times and can’t get it to heat. So, that feature is useless. The massage gun itself is quieter than my old Vybe, and is smoother feeling, both of which I appreciate. It has three settings for speed/intensity, and if you add the app it says it allows you to adjust on a gradient. (I don’t feel like it’s worth it to download another app for that feature so can’t comment on how that works.) This device includes a removable battery and charging dock for the battery. However, all this does is add yet another piece you have to keep track of. It does not come with a spare battery. The Vybe has two batteries which is handy, since you can put on one the charger and continue using it with the other. There is no advantage to a removable battery as opposed to just charging the whole device if you don’t include a spare battery! Finally, the Wellbody is just really big and heavy. If you are using it on yourself, it’s easy for your wrist and arm to get exhausted holding it at the angle you need. For this reason, even though it is quieter and smoother, it will probably just be a backup for my old Vybe, which cost about 1/4 the listed price of this Wellbody. At this price point I would not recommend this Wellbody. Since the heat ball feature doesn’t work, there is nothing about this that justifies the price. Skip it and go for a lower cost one without the frills of a heat ball and app.
