One of my back wheels broke.... rubber replacements are 200 dollars, 130 if theyre on sale... The pneumatic sleeves that were supposed to be included were not. Customer service at Teamgee did send a set. However, when the rubber wheels broke, i noticed i also needed to order "hub motor covers", because the stock rubber wheels screwed straight into the hub motor, and there is no cover. Changing wheels was advertised to be easy. They neglected to tell me that i needed to buy extra parts. Without the hub covers, the pneumatic wheels just fall right off. I could have spent 400 on a meepo and gotten a better product. I feel like i wasted my money.

I got this for my son at Christmas. As a high ticket item I researched the heck out of this. It is the best value for the money and far exceeded my expectations. The choice of wheels that are included are perfect to the different terrains he expects to use it in. Plus it’s a reasonable size to carry in and out of class as he commutes a short distance to college every day. The item arrived within days of purchase. I was shocked how quickly it arrived. My son was delighted. The board is fast.. VERY fast, so with inexperienced skateboarders this would be a problem. But the longboard is both sturdy and flexible. My son is 6’2” and over 260 pounds and he glides around comfortably like a pro.

The media could not be loaded. I tested several scooters, skates, longboards and this was one of the best I found. I have had a blast with it. I take it with my dog off road along the canal. Only issue is battery life but it's easy to recharge and customer service was really responsive helping learn how to use the remote and adjust settings on myboard. Just FYI you cant change KM per hour to M per hour for those in the US but i learned to convert it in my head.

Best purchase I've made in long time. I absolutely love this skateboard. It's very fast . Update the board only goes 18mph with rubber wheels. I was able to get it to 24 mph with th pu wheels. Aslo rubber wheels only give about 6miles of range. But much longer range with pu wheels. All n all still happy with this board.

*updated* Worth about what I paid for on sale! At full price idk maybe? definitely because of their customer support! lets start off by talking about their customer support team! they are simply amazing and make this board worth the investment! they have been quick responsive and proactive about concerns; which left me with a incredible positive experience. basics for this board... this board is very heavy like alot of electrics; can go quite fast, accelerating very quickly. this thrust and the need to tension the trucks for what speed you intend to go makes it a better intermediate board then an beginner... but being able to use the brake while you step on does make it a nice learning feature.... remote) I find the controls at times to be a bit cumbersome. there is a thumb switch below the throttle for controlling forward/reverse; and can be flipped pretty easily (not a horrible thing on its own); but, there is no control intelligence to prevent the board from switching while your at speed... so a little bump can leave you floating over the ground as the board goes off in the other direction... at speed this can be more a bit of bad news... then while its quite easy to use the speed modes (almost too easy as you can bump into a higher setting, but not a huge deal) it is quite difficult to adjust the brake settings and can't be done on the fly... as you need to hold down the brake throttle and press the speed button at the same time; so adjusting based on your where you are is a no... good news is that the brake is a throttle so its not a all/nothing thing wheels, you get the rubber wheels (and maybe a set of PU wheels?, you did at the time I ordered) the rubber wheels while being nice and big with a little bit of shock absorbing (perfect for the small rock) big soft wheels did make for a smooth ride even on slightly ruff surfaces; started "talking" pretty quickly... leaving me to switch to the PU wheels do to concerns about wear. the PU wheels are too narrow to completely cover the motor hub and drop the board height so that even going off the curb (sidewalk to parking lot) tends to rub the bottom.. but never started making noise. both wheels do alter the ride of the board quite a bit leading to a different and mostly pleasant experience and I can see being nice depending on your comfort/previous experiences. personally I do wish the rubber wheels held up a bit better. But this is where their customer service steps up... they contacted me about the issues in my review. worked with me to find a solutions and got me up and running very quickly! defiantly would/will buy from them again! side note; you need to make rainbow cloudwheels! and sharkwheels; maybe even a hybrid? rainbow shark cloud wheels? plz?

First off this is the 3rd electric longboard ive ever ridden but first ive ever owned. The board is nice. Im 210 lbs at 6’2” and it feels good. I got the smaller “stock” 90mm wheels that i ended up putting on this board because i do NOT like the big rubber ones. Heres why.. i haven’t weighed the rubber set yet but they are HEAVY.. especially compared to the stock wheels . The increased diameter and weight of the wheels i noticed took my range down about 30%. (I did the same route back to back with both sets of wheels). Not only is the range affected but when i rode over flat grass (short and dry like a putting green almost) the board hardly has the power to torque through it with the big wheels..it struggles. i do not understand why they are made so heavy but o well the stock ones are on and im happy

I love this skateboard. It comes with an extra set of tires that usually costs more. Rubber tires makes it easier for a beginner to learn skateboarding, makes it much quieter compared to the other skateboards. It has speed and break modes, you can choose the one that suits your comfort level. Didn’t even take me an hour to learn and get started. Looks really good, battery life is great. Only thing I don’t like about it is, it’s very heavy and hard to carry around. If you have researched your options on Amazon, you already know it’s the best electric skateboard on Amazon. Good luck!
