This rug is VERY thin so I thought, I better return it and get something a bit better quality. In trying to do this I discovered that it would cost me $75 to return the rug. This was a non-returnable item that I was unaware of and perhaps should have seen somewhere when purchasing it but I did not. I was fortunate enough to be able to talk to customer service and get a full refund since the quality of the rug was not good and it would have cost almost half of what I paid for the rug to send it back. I guess it's a lesson in reading the fine print.

Yes! You get what you pay for.... Very thin and when you brush the shag you definitely see the backing. Then again I only paid $40 and I did get a $40 rug just not what I was hoping with the 1.8" thickness that was advertised!

I should of listen to one of the reviews stating there is fur missing. I figured to give it a try. Got it today and I am returning rug. It has missing patches everywhere so noticeable can’t even hide it with whatever remaining fur that is left. Ughh this is what I was looking for too. Don’t waste your money on this runner.

Took a chance and now I’m wishing I went with wayfair. Not good quality and can see the dark backing and its skimpy. It’s like they skimped on the rug and it’s not full enough to be plush as it should. I can’t fit it in my car to return it and now I’m stuck with it.
