Great stethoscope but I think it's a bit overpriced. Does not beat a littman.

  • Not made like the old Welch Allyn
I purchase Welch Allyn products because I feel that normally, they are superior quality. I purchased this the same time I purchased an EKO stethoscope. I put the Welch Allyn away for a rainy day. I started using the Welch Allyn stethoscope the week of January 11th,2021. The diaphragm kept falling off. This is not a big deal I just kept screwing it back on. Should you really have to continually screw the diaphragm on a $300.00 stethoscope? Apparently so. Then one night while working the ear tip fell off. Also, not a big deal as they come with replacement tips. I replaced ear tips with the plastic tips that it came with, and they are too painful to wear. What a disappointment. I had my last Welch Allyn 4 years without issue and truly felt like it was a superior product. ... show more

  • stethoscope review
I received my stethoscope in a timely manner. They must have increased the length or the tubong, this is both good and not, it's good in that I don't have to get right in my patients face to listensure to them, but bad in the fact I have to fish it out of my shirt pocket because it falls lower when I carry it around my neck. It is still the same quality that I've come to expect from Welch Allyn, so much so that I don't foresee myself changing to another brand anytime soon, unless Welch Allyn changes their quality ... show more

  • Do not buy!
Do not buy from this seller. Unable to return even for a damaged product. Can get just as good quality of a stethoscope for half the price.

  • Probably the best analog classic stethescope on the market
This particular stethescope is slightly longer, making it much easier to examine patients. Acoustics are flawless and I am able to really hear subtle findings on the pulmonary exam that I cannot when using lesser scopes. Easy to clean. Well worth the investment.
