On the plus side, these shoes are very comfortable and supportive. My kid is on their feet for hours a day as a server and was having foot and knee pain until they got these. They keep their feet comfy and cut down on the aches. The bad- as other people have said, the slip resistance isn't great, especially when they're new. After a week or so they're better. They only lasted 3 months, and really should have been replaced a month before that. That said, I'm back here buying another pair for them because finding a pair that works at this price point is rare, and even only getting 2-3 months of pain free feet and knees is worth it.

I manage a kitchen so I need to wear non slips. I’m super picky about my shoes because I have wide feet and after working in hospitality for almost 30 years, I need lots of support because at this point, my feet just hurt all the time. The second I walked onto my line I stepped into a spill and these shoes had no traction. My foot slipped out from under me. I walked around the rest of my very textured floor and it was pretty much like I was ice skating. Immediately took them off and put on my old previous pair(despite the fact they provide no support and actively hurt my feet). These shoes also purport memory foam soles. I didn’t really feel it. No arch support and a very tight fit despite being EEE wide size.

I struggle with back and feet issues and work 8-12hr on concrete floors in food and bev. I bought a $140 pair of slip resistant Brooks a few months ago and literally slipped everywhere and they killed my feet but hated to waste the money. Finally, I gave up and bought these hoping to find relief. I have intentionally walked in water and oil at work and have so much more better footing than my last shoes and much more comfortable! I will be buying another pair before the sale ends! Definitely worth $40!

This is the second pair of these shoes I have bought for my husband. He is a Multi-Facilities Director for a healthcare company and is on his feet a lot. He loves these shoes! They give him great support with slip resistant and electric hazard soles. They are true to size! He gets great wear out of them with rotating them with another pair of sketcher shoes!
