I’ve never had a yeti cooler, but I will say for the price on this cooler it’s well worth the money. It’s been in the mid/high 90’s and very humid in Louisiana the last few weeks. With my guys and I opening/closing it 20-30 times a day getting water out it still has ice the next day. If you don’t open it, I’ve had ice in it three days later. I haven’t tried to keep ice any longer than that, but this cooler is well worth the money and I definitely would buy it again and refer someone else to get. Also, sometimes it is hard to open because it has such a vacuum on it because it’s sealed so well but eventually it does get a little easier or you can just crack the drain plug and let the pressure off but overall a great cooler ... show more

Great value! Pre-chilled with ice for 24 hours, packed with cold drinks and frozen water bottles on a Wednesday, and Sunday morning drinks were still cold and water bottles still had ice in them. Kept outdoors, but in shade, all that time. Only downside is that it’s heavy but that’s going to happen with a quality cooler this big. ... show more

UPDATE - I bumped my review up to 4 stars. The cooler still leaks, even after silicone. That's annoying but we're still using the cooler for now. So, why the extra star? Weize customer service reached out to me a day after leaving my initial review. They worked diligently to find a resolution for our leak. Ultimately, they offered a full refund, which I will be using to buy one of their smaller coolers. Its possible I got the one lemon off the assembly line. Regardless, I was extremely impressed by the effort Weize put out AND even with the leak I still think this cooler is pretty great. This cooler holds a lot! 1block ice, 14lbs cubed ice, 30 cans, 5 bottles, 8 16oz water bottles, 2 whiskey bottles. I was impressed with capacity. The cooler leaks from the edge of the drain hole-not the oring part but right against the outer wall so hubby says we'll run a silicone bead around it. Ice melted quickly, 6hrs, but we didn't pre-cool per instructions. Still for the price, we're happy. ... show more

Does not hold ice for more than a few hours. Took this on a trip, packed it with ice, drove about 160 miles in 70 deg weather, overcast with a little rain. All the ice melted within the first 6 hours. By the next morning in a hotel room nothing in the cooler was cool. Complete waste of money. I have a 28 year old cooler that holds ice longer and doesn't weigh 28 lbs. empty. The size is good, was able to pack plenty of items in it and a lot of ice, but again, the ice does not last. I would suggest spending a bit more and get something better. I bought this cooler from the same company under another link a few weeks ago for quite a bit more money. Of course that link is now out of stock and this one is here, even for $109, don't buy it you will be disappointed. ... show more

    • Ok but not great
It's still pretty heavy. Doesn't keep cold any better than a decent igloo cooler. Did not open it after putting two 8lb bags of ice in it. Early morning of 3rd day (5am) I opened it and was only a handful of ice left. Seems sturdy build but curious how long the latches hold up.
