Although my son liked the bike and enjoys riding it we are regretting getting this bike. In only two weeks the chain has come off over 10 times with just normal riding from my son. We initially contacted the seller for guidance and they offered a 50% refund to allow us to go to a local store and have them address the issue. We have instead opted for full refund to be able to go get a better bike. We have had a number of kids bikes over the years in various sizes and this was the first time we have had issues with a chain on a mostly pre-built bike.
