Loved all my weighted blankets. I have 3, 5, 7 and 12 lbs, I use each based on the outdoor temps. This blanket is odorless and it does shed small tiny beads, hard to see but you can feel them on the bed. It will raised your body temp. For winter months when the outdoor temp is below 50 F, I bring out my 7 lbs, then 12 lbs as the temp drops to 30 or lower, I'm a hot sleeper, I keep my house heat down and used the weighted blanket as my heat source when I sleep and the house temp is set at 52. I don't like external heat. As the outdoor temps rises, I go to my 7, 5 then 3 lb blankets. I combined 2 of 36x48 3 lbs and made it 36x96, making it longer helps it stayed in placed. The 36 inch width is perfect, covered my body and gives me the supports I needed. I can't find this size for sale. All my weighted blankets have been great for me, can't sleep without them. I keep the weighted blanket in between my cooling blanket and the top sheet. I like it when the blanket is not too heavy, about 3-7 percents of my body weight works best for me, lighter weighted blanket is for the hot months. My weight preference offers me a hug instead of a smother when I sleep. This is not all season for me, but it works for the falls/springs months.

It is very soft and warm, and helps relieve some of my nighttime anxiety because I frequently suffer from insomnia and sleep disturbances. Got this blanket for an 8 year old about 2 months ago. She is absolutely thrilled with it. I was worried about whether it would be to heavy or not but it's a perfect weight. She hasn't seemed to have any issues with it being too heavy or uncomfortable and it is a really nice size for a kiddo. I wanted one closer to a standard twin blanket size as she is tall for her age and this is a very nice size. I am also very pleased with how well it is holding up. I have washed it but did not dry it. It washed fine. Also considering it has been dragged all over by kiddos and still has not lost any of the beads indicates that it must be pretty decent quality. Overall I am really happy with this purchase.

This is my first ever review! First blanket got lost in the mail and after a crazy day I came home last night to a replacement. I took it straight it out of the box and placed it on my flat sheet (we listen, we don’t judge) and got under the sheets. I immediately felt relief and comfort and I am currently writing this review from under my blanket at 5pm. The best sleep I’ve had in years. So good I have not left the bed. If you too were not hugged enough as a child, have PTSD from surviving this thing we call life and are a wrong uber eats order away from crashing out.. RUN and get you this weighted blanket! It’s affordable, breathable, and has no unpleasant odors. I got the queen size 15 lbs. for reference I’m 175lbs. Fits the bed and me perfectly. Thank me later!

Given the size of the blanket, the weight is distributed to a point where I barely feel any weight at all. It's just a smidge heavier than an ordinary quilted blanket. It seems a good quality, and the color matched the pictures, so it's a decent value if you're not looking for a lot of weight, but in retrospect, I would've sprung for maybe 10 more pounds.

I’d recommend buying a twin sized duvet with a zipper on Amazon as well. Mostly wash the duvet! I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder and panic. I love it. Makes you feel safe.

I bought this for my neuro-divergent 5yo grandgirl about a month ago. She has always been a restless sleeper and awakened early and oftentimes throughout the night. The blanket is soft, durable, machine-washable and provides a sense of comfort and safety for her. It is both cool and snuggly. It's good to keep in mind that weighted blankets aren't supposed to hang over the edge like a regular comforter, so you shouldn't expect the size to be as large as that - it covers the body. Since using this, she has slept straight through the night, undisturbed - as evidenced by the silent motion-sensor camera in her room. She awakens refreshed and happier. Highly recommend this product. Love the price as well.
