I liked the price point of these weight holders. They get the job done for having my a place to hang my plates rather than throw them on the floor. The finish isn't great, if aesthetics matter to you, grinder marks show through the powder coating. If you want to avoid marring your rack you'll want another set of washers to go on the other side, each only comes with one washer. ... show more

I added these to my beautiful new home gym that I built. I was excited that I spent the extra money on Rogue everything! It is such a beautiful set up that I get inspired every time I walk into my garage. When I was looking to add "pins," I went to the Rogue website (because, you know, Rogue everything), I saw the price tag and thought, "There must be a less expensive option."     • Spent a little over 200 for 4 sets, overall not bad.
Overall I think their great, does it’s job by keeping my weights organized. Great product for the price but has some flaws. I have 3x3 uprights with 1 inch holes and they bolts are a little wiggly, they don’t move much when you tighten them. The bolts were not all the same size. The smaller ones still screwed in but I wouldn’t feel safe putting anywhere near the weight that they should be able to hold. Also, the powder coat is very thin and crutches easy. As soon as I put my bumper plate on I noticed they got scratched. Not a huge deal, you get what you pay for. Lastly, they come with one washer and should definitely come with two in order to protect your equipment. I went and bought some for a few bucks so it wasn’t that big of a deal. ... show more

I was a little concerned about these since I had never heard of the brand and there aren’t many reviews… but, these are great. Couple things to know. 1) These absolutely work with 3x3 racks. The screw is long and the receiver on the horn is about 1” and you will completely thread into the receiver even with a 3x3 rack. 2) the bolt is really 1”. If you don’t have 1” holes, DO NOT BUY. It’s kind of odd since not too many racks have 1” holes, and it’s even more unusual with 2x2 racks, which is what this is supposedly for… 3) the set includes 2 horns AND a set of spring lock collars. IDK why, but they toss I do collars and it’s ~$10 value so, great. They’re fine and work. Nothing special. ... show more

Very heavy and sturdy. Easy to install on 3”x3” inspire fitness rack with 1” holes. Only using for 35 & 45 lb weights but much easier than putting weights on floor rack. Planning on getting another pair and getting rid of floor stand. Update: ordered second set because it is much easier than going to floor rack every time. These plate holders feel like they could hold much more than the 270lb set. The two sets cost about same price as my floor rack. Prefer the plate holders. ... show more

Work fine on the 3x3" rack i have. The only slight down side i would say is that the tubes do not match the spring collars. They are slightly too small for the collars that came with the kit. The collars work perfectly fine on the standard Olympic lifting bar that i have, but will not properly clamp down on the bar in the kit, you put them they are very loose. ... show more

At half the price of the cheapest "name brand" utility pin these are exactly what you'd expect. They're very serviceable. They'll work fine for light duty but don't expect them to last forever. They are built as cheaply as possible to get the job done. The build quality in them is extremely low. The hardware provided is some of the worst I've ever seen. As you can see in the attached picture. One of the pins didn't even have the attachment point close to center therefore the pin wouldn't attach perpendicular to the rack but i still got it to work. These are not high quality pieces but they're all doing their job for now at least. These pins could work great for you IF you set your expectations properly. Install them and don't plan to ever change their position; i do not expect the hardware to hold up multiple installations. They also will likely not last as long as your power rack. if/when mine fall i will post an update. The bottom line is that these are some of the cheapest pins you can buy so don't expect too much, but as a light duty storage solution they should work fine. ... show more
