  • Great beginner/at home rack
Style: FM-905Q Carbon
The quality is grate for people not looking for Olympic level, expensive equipment. it can handle up to 500 Lbs of weight on it. This is perfect for my wife and I at home. Its cool this thing is modular and can be upgraded with additional kits. We plan on purchasing the squat rack upgrade in the near future! 💪🦵 ... show more

  • Great value, they'll keep you safe.
Style: Safety Catches Black
Years ago I got a cheap squat rack for $99 but I always worried about failing a rep at home so I got these. It works surprisingly well I've set 400 plus pounds down on these with no issues. The little padding on them got scuffed up by the bar pretty quick but I don't care about that. For the price I'm very satisfied. ... show more

  • Solid Bar great structure
Style: FM-905Q Red
I was iffy at buying this at first because I thought it would be flimsy. I’m 220lb and this thing is solid. It takes up not too much space and is definitely tall enough for me 5’ 11” to have a good foot off the ground.

Style: FM-905Q Carbon

  • GREAT PRODUCT EASY TO ASSEMBLE
Style: FM-905Q White
I read the reviews on this before purchasing and was hesitant on ordering it. I am glad that I ordered it. It was not difficult to assembly and instructions were not difficult to follow on how to assemble it once I studied the pictures on step by step. It did take me about 2 hours to assemble because I wanted to do it right and I was slow but it came out badass. Great addition to my home gym. I weight 190 lbs @ 5 feet 11 inches. I am able to do pull ups and this equipment does not move at all as I am doing pull ups. It has areas where you can permanently attached it to the ground if you want that for added support but I need to constantly move mine so I have not anchored it and it is easy to relocate. I love it. ... show more

  • Keep in mind there are multiple products associated with this page
Style: FM-905Q Carbon
Look, I bought this (FM-CS7000F) almost exactly 3 years ago. I got it as a cheap way to do pullups at home. It was about the same price (or less) than a lot of the wall-mount bars and seemed to offer more flexibility in terms of usage and placement (plus, we had the space in our unfinished basement.) And then it turns out my wife ends up using it for TRX stuff as well (but you're really going to need some weight on it or have it bolted down for most TRX stuff.) Oh, and it took me maybe an hour and a half to put the thing together on my own. I didn't notice that the CAP logo pieces were supposed to be on the outside of the rack, but I was too lazy to disassemble those pieces after I'd already done one side, but that's purely cosmetic. It's a little low for me (6'1") for pullups and the bar is maybe a bit fatter than I'd prefer (I maybe have smallish hands) but otherwise, hey, it serves its purpose well. Fast forward to March/April 2020 and we're in the middle of a pandemic (Google it, I'm sure you'll be able to find some record of it...) and lo and behold, I have a rack for squats and bench. The Amazon listing wasn't clear on things (hence my warning that there are several products here.) The FM-CS7000F does indeed have a 300lbs limit. That means 300lbs for pullups. 300lbs for squats. 300lbs for bench. But hey, pandemic and I actually have SOMETHING in my possession. So in that regard it's been fantastic. A couple of things: The j-cups (if you can even call them that) are just metal with paint on them. So, not wanting to ruin the knurling on my wife's oly bar (yup - all we've got on hand), I bought some 1/8" thick UHMW (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0789P278T/), cut it up with a jigsaw and slapped some on the j-cups with... maybe some glorified double-sided tape I already had. So far so good. Also, our flat bench is 21" high. That doesn't sound like a bad thing until you realize that the uprights/supports on this thing are in two pieces and there are bolts keeping them together. Point is: the j-cups are too low (or WAY too high) due to these bolts for bench press with a 21" high flat bench. It's fine with 16"-17" high benches though. I mean, again, pandemic so I'm making it work, but just keep that in mind. Also on this page are some safety catches. They are listed as an accessory for the FM-CS7000F but they've gone in and out of stock recently so I haven't pulled the trigger and purchased them. But it's an option. I think the "color" option for the 7000F is listed as "a. Grey" but I'm sure you know how it goes: that may change at any moment. There's also options for the FM-905Q and FM-8000F. Those racks do indeed have a 500lbs weight limits (and tend to cost a lot more as well.) Anyway, for what I paid for the 7000F, I've more than gotten my money's worth out of it (the rack I will eventually get to replace it will cost me 12x as much - literally. 12.81175. I did the math). If you just want something for pullups, here you go. And you'll possibly be partially prepared for the next pandemic as a side bonus. ... show more
