Long story short, I'm on the high risk category and going to the gym is not an option for me, so here I am building my own little gym at the corner of my home. This dumbbell stand was very easy to put together. I didn't even have to read the manual to know how it was supposed to put together. But then I got to the top rack and as you can see, the hole on the rack and on the stand did not line up at all with each other. I contacted the seller and they got back to me super fast with a video on how to do it. Not the most practical but I was able to finish putting my stand together. While still on the subject, the customer service was top notch. At first they were going to send me a new part but then they sent me a video on how to get the top part of the stand on. The stand is very sturdy. I had my son who is over 200lbs and all 4 grandkids who are from 85 to 140 pounds jump on top of this thing at all angles, shake and jump on it while i shook it. Nothing ever budged. It was well packed, outside box, Styrofoam inside and the parts with plastic on them all. I believe the price is just. The reason I chose this stand from Akyen was the fact that it was 3 tier. I cant lift to heavy yet so it will be able to fit my future dumbells just fine as well as hold my bands, and other accessories on the top stand instead of being spread all over the floor mats and making it look messy. ... show more

Pretty good but the assembly instructions aren't very clear and a hassle to tighten screws but pretty simple, sturdy and a good value for your money.

Assembly was fine to do by myself and took about 45 minutes. Just use your weight bench and something to hold the 2 side pieces up and stable when you attach the first cross bar. I didn't bother getting out my socket wrench for the 13mm nut tightening and just used the included little wrench. Seems sturdy, no sharp edges which was appreciated and everything in good condition. Got my weights on it and all seems good. As expected if I want to put the 2 and 3 lb neoprenes on there I need to get a little plate since they are too short, but for the 40 lb hex weights, etc. its great having them finally off the ground. ... show more

Dumbbell / Weight Rack is great! Looks great, is sturdy, has covers for the bottom so doesn't scratch floor, has covers for each rack so dumbbells stay gripped in place while holding, has room on bottom for KB's & on top rack if you want to place wt's, MB, etc. One of the best things is (especially compared to other rack's I've researched / had to return in the past & what specifically drew me to this company is) the space between each level of Dumbbells increases as you go down. This is a MUST! Allows you to actually put heavier weights at the bottom. One company I ordered from in the past had the same amount of space between each & I had to return b/c wasn't able to fit 35,45,50lb DB's + was not sturdy. This rack is!
