I totally love this dress and for reference, I am wearing the size Medium, and it's an excellent fit. I am 5.5 and weigh 155 measuring 36/31/41. The size medium fits very comfortably with room in the waist and chest area. The material is soft and the dress has a built-in slip and not see-through. The length is slightly above my knees and the color is vibrant. The elastic around the neckline can be worn over the shoulders or covering the shoulders. The waist is elastic and very flattering hiding my belly bulge. I like that I can dress it up, or wear flats. It's stylish and flowy. I liked it so much I bought 2 other colors of the same style. Comfortable with lots of stretch in the chest area. I ordered my regular size XXL and it fits true to size. I got it in the 01-Pink color option. It’s a soft baby pink color that I think will be perfect for Easter coming up.

This dress is really pretty on and has a great, breathable fabric. I got the white color and it's not as see-through as I thought it would end up being. The rouching across the chest is great because you can add a waist or make it more of an empire cut depending on where you wear that portion.
