FAQ What is the difference between DJI Mic (1 TX + 1 RX) and DJI Mic (2 TX + 1 RX + Charging Case)? Which one is right for me? Compared with DJI Mic (2 TX + 1 RX + Charging Case), DJI Mic (1 TX + 1 RX) includes only one DJI Mic transmitter and does not include the charging case. The storage bag and charging cable are also slightly different. The rest of the accessories are the same. DJI Mic (1 TX + 1 RX) is suitable for solo operators to take vlogs or do livestreaming. An operating time of 5 hours is enough for needs like store visiting, vlogging and teaching online class. The price is also more affordable. In the meantime, DJI Mic (2 TX + 1 RX + Charging Case) is more suitable for scenarios with two speakers, such as livestreaming, interview or video shooting. Whether you're vlogging, podcasting, or live streaming, the DJI Mic has you covered. I typically only have ever used it on my camera for different shot angles to get high quality audio from wider compositions. Durability: The build quality of the DJI Mic is solid. It feels sturdy and well-constructed, capable of withstanding the rigors of daily use. The compact design and lightweight construction make it easy to carry around, perfect for on-the-go content creation. It is, at times, hard to get off the mount of my camera and I've worried I'll break it with how hard I have to take it off the hotshoe. Ease of Use: Setting up the DJI Mic is a breeze. The intuitive design makes this simple to use. The small touch screen can make it a tad difficult to navigate but its nice to be able to easily swap settings and see where you're at within the microphone settings. Sound Quality: The sound quality of the DJI Mic is exceptional. It captures clear, crisp audio with minimal background noise. The microphone effectively reduces wind noise, ensuring professional-quality sound even in outdoor environments. Comparing this to having previously had the Rode NTG shotgun mic and the Sony ECM-B1M, I really love the audio quality of this mic. The Only Minor Quirk: While the DJI Mic is fantastic, I do have one minor gripe. I also own a Sony ECM-B1M microphone, which is a great plug-and-play option. Sometimes, I forget to plug in the DJI Mic's cable to my camera, which can be a bit frustrating. However, this is more of a user error than a product flaw. Overall, the DJI Mic is an outstanding wireless microphone that delivers exceptional sound quality, versatility, and ease of use.     • Solid purchase, love this mic
A friend brought the duo onto set one day, and while I love my 10-year-old Senheiser lavs (still use them!) this one plugs directly into your phone. Since I shoot a lot more phone videos for myself and clients these days, I borrowed my friends to test it out and loved it so I had to get this and it does not disappoint! Audio is very clear, the clip on holds well (although it's bulkier than other lavs and shows more depending on garments) but it's super easy to connect, and of course the kicker is it can plug into your phone or camera (there are multiple attachments included). The tiny carrying kit is really a nice add on, as it keeps everything organized and safe in a little foldable zip pouch. Overall, really love this and will probably upgrade to the duo kit so I can have 2 similar lavs in the near future but for now, for a single person audio this is fantastic. ... show more
