The first night I slept on this pillow I could not get over how it made my face feel cold. Amazing!! The memory foam is very well made. Does not squish flat like some, instead responds to the weight of your head and still has a good deal of support. This is my first experience with a gel memory foam pillow and for the first time in years, I have not woken up in more pain than when I went to bed. For myself, I do think it needs to be a little bit thicker to take up the gap between the head and bed as I am a side sleeper. It is very comfortable to lay on my back with it as well. Again, the support is amazing, not too hard, not too soft. I did put a fleece pillowcase on it and do not feel the cold feeling on my face anymore, so I would recommend a thinner cover if you desire to feel the coolness. Would def recommend to others who have tried many pillows with back and neck problems in the past with no results. Yeah I’ve ordered already seven of these. They last such a long time and they’re so comfy. If you’re a hot sleeper, they help a little bit. The cooling feature is not really there but during winter, they’re pretty good during summer It’s a hit or miss.

This pillow stopped my neck pain. I get nerve pain in my neck if I don't have neck support when I sleep. I tried several different kinds. This one is the best I've tried. Pros: 1. It's firm, but not stiff or hard. 2. I sleep on my side and my back. It works for me in both positions. 3. It's a solid foam block, not shredded foam or stuffing. 4. It has ventilation holes and a zippered cover. I put a pillowcase over the cover. 5. It forms around my neck, and I don't wake up with nerve pain anymore. Cons: 1. Because it's memory foam, during the course of the night it does begin to lose a bit of firmness due to body heat. I just flip it over when that happens and no problem. But it could be a consideration for some. 2. I have to replace mine once a year. It loses some of its magic over time. 3. If you like to scrunch up a pillow, this one is not for you. The pillow stays cool and offers solid neck and shoulder support. I like the gel infusion and breathable design, it really helps with heat. The memory foam contours nicely, but it's a bit firmer than I expected. Still great for back and side sleeping. The removable cover is a nice touch.
