I started in my laser adventure with a less expensive table top laser, but got a great deal on this one during Black Friday, and I couldn't resist. I was able to start engraving and cutting within a few minutes after completing unboxing and setup. It's definitely heavy, and you need a good solid table for engraving, which seems to cause more table movement than cutting. I resolved that buying a new work able here on Amazon, so check my reviews if you're interested in the table I bought. I will say 2 things about this laser. I wish they had more of a quick connect option for switching to the rotary for cup engraving. It's a little bit of a chore to switch back and forth, so plan accordingly. And you will want to get a rotary jig to extend smaller cups from the non-working area. There's one on Amazon that I'm expecting tomorrow, and I will review that as soon as I try it. I have to say I'm really pleased with the results and the options available!

I was so excited to get the wecreat Vision Pro! After looking at so many engravers over the years decided on this one. Does not disappoint. Engraving on all kinds of things just for practice. No expert here but the outcome makes it look like I do!

Absolute Trash, Had this machine less than a month have gone through 3 cables and had down time of over a week. any response from customer service is over 24 hours. This is the season for Craft fairs I sold my Xtool S1 and F1 to "Upgrade "to this and regretting it Every Day My S1 was down 1 Day in the year plus I owned it and that was a frayed cable from many hours of usage, the wecreat software is Laggy and product Far from par for anyone that is using it for business. They had me buy a drag chain (knowing their product has issues) and install and not even a day later the cable has no continuity on 2 pins. The Lumos I also purchased no issues But I am not going to have 2 differant laptops so they are both going back.

First, for anyone buying the full set, it will come in serval packages with only one tracking number that is for the main laser only. The packages each arrived on separate days. The set up was very easy and the software is very intuitive. One comment on the packaging, the instruction booklet is buried inside the laser itself so you've already unpacked most of it before you locate it. I've only used the 40w thus far and it does amazing. Very detailed and can engrave significant depths. The cutting feature also worked well on softer wood. However the auto focus quit after two uses. The red light no longer comes on so I'll be contacting tech support on that. Highly recommend the air purifier. Even with it on it smells like a wood burning fireplace, so suggest using it in a place you can air out easily. I'll update after hearing back on the auto focus issue. Update- customer service was amazing! They walked me through steps to try and ultimately sent replaced parts with step by step instructions. It's working great!

I ordered the WeCreat 40W all-in-one bundle including the conveyor and fume extractor. I just finished setting up the machine, but I still need to run it. I am hoping that WeCreat will quickly remedy this issue. I have high hopes for them, I had trouble with purchasing this unit for about 2 weeks before I was actually able to purchase it. Originally I was trying to purchase this from their website but was having issues with the order processing. They were quick to troubleshoot my issues and see what was going on. In the end, the issue was something they had no control over, but I was able to get it figured out and purchased. Would love nothing more than to raise the rating to a 5 star and give an update on how they remedy this situation, but only time will tell. 3 stars for now. Update Customer support got back to me within 30 minutes of emailing them after hours. Told me it was in a separate box and was still on the way. I had only received 1 tracking number from amazon, so I thought it was all coming together. It arrived the next day.
