This weather stripping was easy to work with, and it holds very well. I made sure to clean the surface well, before trying to stick the adhesive strip to it. If you try to put this tape on a dusty, or dirty surface, it's not going to work. You have to apply it to a clean surface. I cleaned the gloss painted door frame with with cleaning wipes, then I went over the surface with a damp rag, and then a dry lint free rag. I like that this weather stripping is low profile. Where I needed it to be thicker, I put a second layer on top of the first layer. That worked just fine.

This foam tape is good. The density of the foam is pretty heavy so it has some heft. It is better in this regard some of the other foams which are much more porous and delicate. I found that the adhesive was very good if used on a smooth and clean surface.

Does what it's supposed to do. Not very smooshy though, it's very firm, so be sure to buy the right thickness because there's little to no give. Had to return the first because it was too thick and I couldn't close the door. The second try worked.

Received product in good addition, as promised. Very good adhesion. Once applied to my door frame, it was not coming off even if I wanted it to. The Neoprene material is very firm and does not compress much if at all. Once applied, I was barely able to close the newly weatherstripped door, but fortunately it does close. There is a very tight seal, which achieved the intended purpose. Good product. Make sure you order the correct thickness. I had ordered the identical product from another supplier, Trisiki, and I received less than the promised 50 ft. and they charged 3 dollars more for it.

I cleaned the surface and pressed down on each strip for 30 seconds. It stuck well for one day, and then the next it started peeling. There's no consideration for the weather; if it's cold the glue they use for this weather stripping stops working. What's up with that?

I have a door that almost sealed well. Almost. But when you looked at it there was a small band of light coming through all the way around. This did the trick and sealed the door perfectly without adding so much bulk that the door won't close anymore. Installation was easy. I took a wet towel and scrubbed down the edge of the door frame. This removed 20-years worth of grime. I then let it dry for awhile and then slowly ran the roll of foam down each side of the door (except the bottom). It rolls on easily and was easy to keep a straight line. Voila, the door no longer has visible light coming through!
