This is my first time using a wearable pump - and as a first timer I would say this is a decent wearable pump to use if I really have my hands tied and need to pump. I took my time reading the directions and getting familiar with the assembly. The parts are very straightforward (if you are already familiar with breast pump parts). Easy to clean and put back together. I am still familiarizing myself with the modes to figure out what works for me. So this may have contributed to the pain I felt while pumping. The instruction manual states that the gears shift up automatically in increments of 45 seconds for 1-6 if no other operation occurs. I'm not a fan of that. I like to set suction strength to my preference and leave it at that. 6 felt a little strong for me. I'm still playing with it and not sure if there's a way for me to just set it and forget it or if I need to keep adjusting. The screen goes dark after inactivity so I can't tell what it's really doing. I normally get between 2-3 oz per side with my regular double electric breast pump in about 10-15 min. I had this running for 25 min and was able to get 2 oz on the side I used it on. My breast feels empty. First time users - note there's a spout at the top where you can pour your collected breastmilk when you're done. I was not aware of that (instruction manual does not have directions for that) and I ended up spilling some milk :( I lose track of how long I’m pumping some times so the time feature is nice however I wish it would just stay on the display so I can look down and know without having to press a button to check (in case my hands are full). I like the soft silicone portion that comes into contact with my breast. The suction was strong enough where when I was trying to get the pump off it was a little difficult and I had to carefully pull my nipple out. Other than all that, I would recommend this pump to others as a more affordable option out of the wearable pump brands. The pump came with 21mm and 19mm flange inserts, an extra duck bill valve, charging cord, breastmilk bags (which feel like decent quality) and a nursing bra strap extender. I was able to stick this pump into my regular no underwire bra though. It looks bulky but my husband said if I put an oversized sweater over that it might be discreet enough for me to wear out in public. It wasn’t a super quiet pump but not loud and obvious either. The pump is very simple to use once you figure everything out. The instructions are a bit confusing because I think they might have been translated poorly. It helps that the main parts come preassembled, so you know where everything fits before taking it apart to clean. I recommended hand cleaning it only because of the really small parts that could get washed away in a dishwasher, but it's not difficult to clean. The pump comes with a few extra parts as backup and two smaller sized flanges to help fit the pump better. The pump holds its charge for hours, so it can be used multiple times in a day before it needs to be recharged which doesn't take long. The pump fits easily into a maternity bra or a regular sports bra with no problem. It's easy to switch between the different functions and you can definitely feel the difference between them. The motor displays the time that's passed when you quick press the power button and you can pause the time with a long press of the power button if you need to readjust or switch the pump over. I wish the time showed the whole time, but it's nice but to have the display glowing up in my face the whole time. There are both vertical and horizontal markers to measure the volume, but it's difficult to see and it doesn't seem like the measurements match up with each other or with the included storage bags' measurements. The silicone is soft and comfy and creates a great seal. There's a slot at the top of the pump that allows you to easily pour the breast milk out into a storage bag or bottle. ... show more
