I wasn’t sure how well a wearable pump would work, but after seeing my wife use this one, I’m completely convinced. It has made her life so much easier, and I can see the difference in her daily routine. The pump includes multiple insert sizes, but she hasn’t even needed them because the built-in silicone shield is already soft and comfortable. She’s mentioned that even during longer sessions, it doesn’t cause any discomfort, which was a big concern with her old pump. What really impressed me is how efficient it is—she’s able to pump just as much as she did with the hospital-grade model, but without being stuck in one place. Update: I purchased a 24mm flange to try the pump. The suction is decent. Not great, not terrible. I've tried a lot of pumps. This is one of the weirder setups. 1. First, this pump has a 27mm flange, but comes with mostly inserts for a 24mm. Every unsert except the 24mm is for a 24mm flange. They're unusable with this pump. 2. The 27mm flange sits on the outside of the plastic component that is supposed to house it. Most of these top motors pumps, the flange slides INTO the plastic housing. So even if if you do size to a 27mm, it's a sharp hard plastic housing and its exposed.. that's going to hurt. 3. It also only comes with a single set of each inserts which is highly odd for a double pump. -So to claify, you get one 17, one 19, one 21, and one 24. You'll need to provide one for the other side. Which doesn't make it usable even if the inserts actually fit in the flange. So the inserts it comes with don't fit snug enough to use and you cannot double up flange inserts, so you cant use it if you have no inserts for a 27mm. If you're sized under a 24mm flange, you cannot use this until you have inserts that fit to a 27mm flange. The way it's pictured, you are led to believe that the 17,19,21 mm flange inserts will fit and anyone would assume they'd have inserts for both pumps. They do not. They are compatible with collection cup adapters. The motor is pretty loud. I can't use it, 24mm is 10mm larger than I'd fit and a 27mm flange is so uncommon that I don't have inserts that would even fit one. I can't speak to the suction.

Got this for my wife so she can pump around the house. The suction it pretty good but it could be a little better. The inserts for the pump seem to be a little off but we found a set that worked for us but the sizes seem to be a little off. the main issue we have is that is is a Lot louder than we expected it to be, especially when running2 at a time. I know its going to have some sound but this was more than expected. Overall it works and is comfortable but it took a little effort to get started and was a little loud.

My wife loves this Hands-Free Electric Breast Pump. It's now her main pump, despite originally being purchased as a backup. She appreciates the customizable settings, quiet operation, and comfortable design. The memory function and temperature-sensitive milk bags are great additions.

One of the issues with wearable pumps is the lifetime of a motor. They tend to be tiny, and have to work hard to effectively pump both breasts. Top motor pump solves this issue, as there are two motors that also pump more efficiently. Unfortunately, this makes the design very awkward, as they are more noticeable. I was looking to wear this pump to work, and I realised I need more inconspicuous pump. Additionally, this pumps is heavier comparing to other wearable pumps. Not a bad pump with good output, just not for me.
