This SSD with Heatsink has been an absolutely massive upgrade over my previous SSD. Installation was quick and straightforward, and the performance difference was immediately noticeable. Boot times are faster, games and applications load almost instantly, and overall system responsiveness is on a whole new level. I really love the built in heatsink. It looks great, fits perfectly, and does an excellent job keeping temperatures under control even during heavy use. It’s nice not having to worry about thermal throttling or buying a separate cooling solution. The only downside is that it didn’t come with a mounting screw to secure it to the motherboard. It’s a small thing, but worth noting, thankfully most motherboards include one. Overall, this is a top tier SSD that delivers incredible speed, great thermals, and premium build quality. Pretty solid M.2 drive, probably b/c of the awesome heatsink it comes with. The only downside was, or is, the price is currently jacked up due to the raw components being in such high demand by other industries currently. BUT! WD M.2 drives for whatever reason are pretty good quality wise. I've not had any hiccups, knock on wood, since I've used mine so far. And I use mine in my OG PlayStation 5. j ... show more
