All good, it's not fancy nor is it supposed to be. It works just fine for a bathroom & outdoor sink in Florida that don't really NEED heated water. The exception is the jacuzzi tub. The 40 gal (& 40 year old...) tank this replaced filled the tub in about 25 minutes, this thing takes just over 30. Of course the tank would get WAAAY hotter, but this gets the tub water hotter than I want it to be, so this is much better. And now I don't have to wait for the tank to heat up (I wouldn't leave it on all the time just to fill the tub 5 or 6 times a year) - so actually this takes less time to get sudsy! With a 1-1.5 gal/minute shower head this works fine too, I bathe the dogs in this tub & this is better than the old tank.

Seems to be a decent water heater ' holds the temperature fairly consistent ' make sure you use the recommended electrical wire and breaker .

The water pressure is regulated properly. The pipes are brand new, as with the entire installation. The unit does not discharge any hot water. IT IS FAULTY. We are wasting each other's time. Your company has zero business ethics and your support is inept and designed to do completely the opposite of its customary function.

It's been about a year when I got the water heater and the water heater still working great. The water flow is low but the water is so hot that it will burn you. Why I wait this long to write a review I seen other reviews saying it's junk but it's not I'm happy with mine
