The media could not be loaded. My basement was extremely damp and I needed something compact, durable and easy to use. This Waykar dehumidifier is perfect and does a great job drying out my basement. In just over 24 hours it went from 80% RH to 45% RH. The North East US has been very rainy, so it’s a great machine to have. The wet mildew odor is gone and I’m very happy! Nice features like auto shut off, high and low fan speed, quiet, nice size water reservoir or it comes with a hose to empty on its own. Highly recommend and it costs less than other units that I researched.

I replaced my old dehumidifier that was 40 years old. This one works great too. It’s fairly quiet, removes moisture well. It is a much smaller bucket than my old one, so I have to dump it every day up the stairs to the sink. I don’t have it attached to a drain and I didn’t with the old one either. Even though I have to dumb it daily, it is easy to carry up the stairs with one hand, even my left! Light weight so not cumbersome or spilling as you walk. I just might buy another one for the other room in the basement

This dehumidifier has completely changed my life around. It has been extremely easy to use and has become such a simple part of our routine that it's difficult to live life without it. With a lot of humidity always in our house, it's a power sucker to have the AC constantly turned down to keep us from sweating, and cost us more than we would like, so I decided for one summer to buy this dehumidifier and give it a shot. Within just a few hours I could tell such a massive different in the air quality that we were able to turn our AC OFF with no issue whatsoever. Our power bill dropped sharply and we even sleep loads better thanks to it helping with the moisture in the air. My partner has a hard time sleeping in very moist climates as it causes him to get sick, so he was extremely happy to get a good nights rest for the first time in his life lol. It's a little noisy on the fast setting but on slow you barely notice it and works just as effectively. It sounds and almost feels like a normal fan from the air coming out of the sides. It's also very easy to push around, even on carpeted floors. You never have to pick it up. Unfortunately after a year and a half our lovely new member of the family broke when the coolant pipe ruptured, and after a week of testing to see if we could fix it, was no longer operational. So, I reached out to their customer service to see if there was any way we could troubleshoot it from their side and if there was any possibility we could get a new one sent to us, as I wasn't sure if our warranty was still effective. They are easily one of the BEST customer support teams I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Sadie was extremely helpful in helping troubleshoot the issue to see if there was anything we could do, and even with the warranty being expired was willing to help send a brand new one so we could continue using their products. I couldn't be anymore grateful with the way that they handled this situation for me and my partner, and will definitely be looking forward to buying more of their products in the future if I need another one, or even a bigger one! Thank you guys so much!!!

The unit is real quiet and runs without Issue. I purchased this for use in our basement and it has done a very good job at keeping the humidity at the desired level. Continuous drain hose is a big advantage vs having to empty the bucket frequently. After over 2 years of operation, an error code displayed, and I contacted Waykar Customer Service Center to resolve the issue. They were very helpful and provided the corrective action needed. I would recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. I needed to buy a new dehumidifier for my basement. I was considering several different models but ended up buying this particular one because it had good reviews and it was also recommended by my friend. The dehumidifier is working well. It is powerful and at the same time very quiet, and it brings the humidity level down very fast. What I really like the most is that the water tank has a lid with a handle. The lid prevents water from splashing and spilling, and the handle allows it to carry the water tank easily to the sink. The dehumidifier has an easy-to-operate panel. It has wheels, so I can easily move it from one spot to another if necessary. I also like the fact that the register automatically opens and closes when I turn the power on and off.
