This fountain is exactly what I was looking for. The size is good for a countertop, where I wanted to put another fountain next to it. The design of the fountain is really cute. The whole fountain is plastic resin, so it is light. I like the water noise that it makes, where the water is falling into the jug - the other small fountains that I was looking at didn't have a water noise. I do use distilled water to fill it, but the water does evaporate. I have to fill it every 2-3 days or so, depending on how dry my place is. When the water gets low, the fountain motor will start making a noise, and that is when I re-fill it. ... show more

    • My coworker loved it!
The assembly was a little tricky, because the access in the back is kind of tight to fit the pump and fingers, but the other reviews really helped with that. The pump is a little noisy, but not overly so and you become acclimated to it pretty quickly. It works great and I just love the water wheel.

Cheaply made. The wheel is plastic helf up by a dot of glue that actually keeps on stopping because the water isnt enough to keep the wheel moving. Smaller than expected as well. Doesnt hold much water which means you'll have to refill it constantly if you keep it running

It could of came with directions but I went to the pictures on my order and figured it out. I wasn't sure how much water to put but it needs to touch the wheel I seen. It isn't as quiet as I thought either. Over all I give it a 3. It does work and its very cute. My son loved it. I put it in his room and its looks very kid like.     • Only worked for few days and started to fall apart
As soon as I bought for 2 weeks worked fine then the wheel stopped working and water and crystal ball stopped rotating and started spilling. Mess Not very happy

    • difficult to assemble
Absolutely no directions in the box. Once inside the device pump kept falling apart. The hole in the back is not big enough to fit both fingers and pump in at the same time. Would NOT reccomend.

    • The simple joys of life.
The media could not be loaded. I decided to purchase this beauty to add to the spiritual items I already have in my bedroom and I can confidently say, I am happy with my purchase. As you will notice from the video, the ball isn't spinning. This is because it's not the original one that came with it. I had my order sent to a family friend so that I could have my items consolidated before shipping to me in Antigua. The ball was left behind in Florida. I went to a local store that sells the fountains and purchase one. My girlfriend saw this and instantly fell in love with it. I plan to gift a few to family and friends to illuminate their lives. I've had this fountain for 2 months. It was a great little desktop fountain. I love the sound that comes from it. Unfortunately, the top piece became unglued and now it doesn't work properly. I was hoping for more than 2 months of use.
