Well made flat iron that heats up quickly! When you turn this on you can choose several different temps for the titanium plates. Low temp is 290 degrees, and high is 470 degrees. It has a rounded handle that fits well in your hand and allows you good control over the iron. The titanium plates do a good job of ironing your hair to your desired straightness or with a slight curl. The abs case does heat up at the plates, but does not get overly hot. Just in case, a glove is provided for your use. A very good flat iron that can be used at 120v or 240v. Great for international travelers. This is very reasonably priced so it is perfect for traveling. If it gets lost/broken/stolen it is not a big deal.

This is a solid flat iron. First, I love that the heating element is FAT! So often it has a narrow area to heat the hair. This is annoying when you are in hurry and have lots of hair. The fatter head is so much better. The device itself is also adorable and pink and looks great on the counter. This particular device has a locking mechanism, which makes it better for traveling and storing and also keeps it safer. What makes this device different from any other flat iron I have used is that it has vent holes so that steam escapes. I used it on damp, towel dried hair. I was surprised how well it worked even though my hair was wet! Usually, you have to either wait for your hair to dry or blow dry it and then flat iron. This eliminates either waiting or having to double process your hair. It did a good job and also heats up really quickly. The settings are easy to see and change. It also has a swivel cord which makes switching hands and sides easier too. By the way, this device is well made. I would pay more than the $30 it is currently priced at.

This product is a total life saver! As a busy college student (studying computer engineering) who wants to look super put together and embrace my femeninity, this saves me so much time! It heats up in 30 seconds , I have super curly Puerto Rican curls and thick hair and this hair straightener is able to handle it amazingly! Also it is super adorable looking! Looks stunning on my vanity with all my makeup products! I also adore the 1.75 inch wideness because I can get through my hair soooo much faster! I love how you can use it for wet and dry hair! This helps me prep for classes and for job interviews when I have so little time to spare and I adore it! Such a life saver and so affordable! I got this for my wife. This hair straightener is very light weight and easy to handle. It heats up in just seconds and you can vary the temperature. Another plus is that you can use it on damp hair. It has a wide heating surface so you can do your hair quickly. It comes with a travel/storage bag and a glove to protect your hand if needed. The instruction booklet was very easy to understand! My wife also likes the pink color. Overall, she would rate this as five stars and would recommend this to a friend. I hope you find this information helpful.

This straightener isn't a bad option for the price. The heat is even and on my fine hair the lowest setting (290) is more than enough. I typically set heat tools to 250, so this difference makes for quick work. The functionality is straight forawrd and the cord is super long as compared to my curling iron. This flat iron also came with a storage bag and handling glove. I haven't used the wet to straight function as heat tools are already damaging enough, without introducing wet hair to the mix. However, this tool is intended to be used in that manor and has steam vents along the side of the plates. I would say for the price; this is a pretty good option.

This hair straightener is wider than my current one. Was looking for one to use when applying keratin treatments and this works nicely. It has a button the back where you can lock the plates together - nice feature for storing or traveling with the piece. I also like that the power button and temperature controls are on the side and slightly embedded. This keeps you from accidentally hitting the buttons and changing temperature. It heats up relatively quickly and worked will with straightening.
