    • Wifi dongle is genius
Works great and installation has some extremely clever features. First of all, driver is "built into" the drive/dongle which makes things easy, don't have to bother downloading a driver. Just have to find the "drive" on your computer and execute "auto install" program. Once it's done, it doesn't really give you any "whopee, we're finished" notification, which threw me for a second. Anyway, clicked on the "network/wifi icon" in the windows toolbar area, and it gives you a choice of "wifi 1 or wifi 2". You have to choose "wifi 2" because that is the new device adapter installation. What this does, which to me makes this "idiot proof", is that they don't require the user to go into control panel to "disable" the original wifi, which is extremely creative and makes it totally user friendly. Anyway, was up and running in seconds, obviously have to enter your wifi password and once you do that you're ready to go. Throughput is as fast as wired on the 5g channel. Make sure that you remove the kapton tape protecting the edge card connectors before inserting in the motherboard. Goes without saying that the board won't work unless the tape is off. Other than that, works great once the drivers are installed and the throughput is much faster than my previous WiFi card. I have not rested the Bluetooth section of it. ... show more

After some troubleshooting from unrelated issues to the product, I have this card up and running with no issues using Bluetooth or WIFI. The customer service (Email portal on their website) was surprising fast with their response and helped me troubleshoot an issue with one of the PCIe slots not working correctly on my motherboard because my old card got bumped. I am using ASUS RT-AX1800S for a router have a 800mbps plan and get 247.7 Download / 23.1 upload which is great for me. ... show more

I really like the Wavlink 6e wi-fi adapter but wasn't aware I would need to connect the Bluetooth cable to an F_USB connection. I didn't have one available on the motherboard, so I ordered the cable, see image, from Amazon. I can attach this to a USB on the back of my computer. The Wavlink adapter is extremely easy to install. I am getting double the wi-fi speed I had with my old adapter. See attached image.
