I ordered this Watersport Vest with Durable 600D Fabric & Breathable Mesh to wear when I go out paddleboarding on the lake near my house. Currently I have a vest that is made of a dense. heavy rubber material, and I chose this vest because it is made with a lighter, more comfortable Oxford fabric. I ordered a size medium/large, and it is a little bit snug on me (5'11", 180 lbs), but not so small that it's uncomfortable. So far I have had no issues with durability. Another feature this jacket has that my other vest does not are the pockets - very handy for small loose items (like lip balm, sunscreen, etc). The straps adjust easily and tighten securely. The emergency whistle is a nice touch - though I hope I'll never need it. Overall, this is a comfortable vest, and I'm satisfied with the quality and performance.

This life jacket has a couple pockets in the front and comes with a plastic whistle tied to the front. The jacket is easy to put on and adjust it. It seems a bit awkward in the front, sticking out a bit. It's possible it's supposed to do that, or I didn't tighten it enough on the shoulders while trying it on my teen daughter. The quality it excellent, I see no issues with the construction and materials of it. I'm confident it will work well on the water.

I was skeptical of this FRITTON Watersport Vest because of its low price point. And it is true, you get what you pay for. The different materials it is made of seem on the cheep side. Especially the zippers which are pretty important. Design is basic. I suppose it would get the job done but it does not appear to be very durable. I would not recommend it for extended kayak or canoe trips. Its use is designed more for paddling or light watersports.

In its webpage, and even on the vest itself indicates that they do have sizes to choose from. Unfortunately, that option wasn't given when I ordered this vest. I took a chance, and maybe they have my sizing history or something. Well, I got quite the scare when I received a size Medium! I haven't touched that size since high school! I usually gone with L or XL. Thankfully, the vest ranges a M to L. I'm on its upper limit as my chest size is 45. I don't feel too small with it, and don't like that spacious feeling. They said it's rated upto 330lbs. Not sure if that's equal across the board, or specific size like XL, for example. Anyways, I weigh 235 lbs, can't wait to venture on paddleboarding with this vest. It comes with two non-waterproof zippered pockets, reflective marker on each shoulder, and a safety whistle. It's all in one package to get you ready on the beach.

This is very well made and comfortable. It has lots of adjustments which make it easy to adjust to any body size/shape. The built in pockets are very handy too.
