I like the thickness of the tarp and quality of grommets. Grommets are set back from the edge to give more support. ..... The quality control failed on this tarp. ..... A pre-punched grommet hole was exactly through the edge rope and another hole added to move grommet to the proper position. Maybe that will not be such a weak point as it seems. ..... The tarp fabric also has spots that show daylight. These weak points are along seams and a few places randomly on face between panel seams. We have not had rain to see if holes allow water leakage so that is to be determined. ....... Be prepared to keep expectations low so you will not be disappointed. Then if/when you receive a perfect tarp you will be happier with your purchase. At least this tarp was not dry-rotting and falling apart at the seams like the one I bought from another business. .... Just took it out of the packaging yesterday, so will update it if anything goes wrong. However, this tarp seems very thick and sturdy. Great construction. Nothing noticeably wrong with the grommets. This tarp is thick and sturdy. Did notice I was putting a strain on one of the eye holes when lashing down. But just backed off a little. I have a plastic car port and after 2 years it was deteriorating and water was getting in. Instead of buying a new one, couldn't find a replacement cover. We used the product as an additional cover for the roof of our outdoor house. Fits perfectly and is waterproof. Just a little concerned about the tiny pinholes in the tarp that I am hoping will not be an issue. Overall so far does the job we hoped it would do.

Amidst the mixed reviews on quality, I'd say this one is good. I like the brown underside to provide extra shade when I'm working on things under the canopy. I personally use 24" heavy duty zip ties to secure mine. Last longer in this Florida weather than the bungees do and withstands the wind a lot better.
