Stopped Working

Easy to configure. The directions are ready to follow. I set the timer by downloading the app. I like the QR code provided in the directions. This way you download the correct app. It was easy to set the time and day. Don't use the oil they provide. It's too strong of a floral scent. Try providing a lighter less offensive scent.

Amazing Results Still!
I saw that product was tagged as a “Frequently Returned” item but decided to purchase it anyway. I am very satisfied so far with its operation. I have it on my kitchen counter and it’s been working very well so far. It’s easy to program. The app setup was a cinch. It is a bluetooth device. I will update this review if I find the same issues that some buyers had; or others that were not mentioned! As promised, I have had this unit for over 3 months and it has not failed me yet! I run it almost all day everyday and the results didn’t differ. The unit runs pretty quietly and I love how easy it is to maintain. I performed my second cleaning this afternoon and it is back to peak performance. The app is very easy to program so I never bother with the panel on the unit. I check it every month to see that it still responds to the touch and it does. I may update this review after a full year of usage. I am sure that it will last that long and even longer!

I wanted a diffuser that was easy to operate with a large enough reservoir. It comes with a large bottle used to pour in the essential oils. You have to use up the oil in the bottle as there is only one big bottle The noise level is low, scent is good it’s kind of just plug and go. The only complaint is that it’s a little difficult to change settings so I’ve just left it on the original setting

Finally — A Diffuser That Keeps Up 🙌🏼✨
Just got this in today and so far I LOVE it. Setup was super easy — no issues downloading the app or getting it connected. I had it scheduled within minutes. I’m the type of person that wants to smell my house the second I walk in, and this does exactly that. No more filling up water diffusers, no changing out batteries, and no dealing with those tiny reservoirs that feel like they’re empty every five minutes. 🙌🏼 I love that you can set your preferences and it calculates how long your oil should last. Based on my current settings, 140ml should last me about 28 days — which is amazing. You do have to manually update the oil amount in the app, but that’s not a big deal to me. I also love being able to customize the run times around my routine. I read a TON of reviews before buying because I didn’t want to drop a bunch of money without testing one first — and so far this feels like a solid choice. If it holds up long term, I’ll definitely be buying at least one more for the house. Bonus: you can add multiple diffusers in the same app, which I already love the idea of. So far, very happy with this purchase!

this item does not do what it claims it does. It would never freshen a full room ... IT is very difficult to program and there are no options for changing the strength of the diffused oil output..

Not So Good Air
This unit as advertised is supposed to keep approximately 1,500 SF of space smelling good. I put it in my Dining/TV room, and we could barely smell anything even running it all day for 14 hours. So, I moved it to my bathroom (60 SF) and it barely keeps that room smelling good. If I had to do all over again, I would not buy this product. It does not put out enough to matter no matter which room you put it in.
