The media could not be loaded. Renovating a bathroom is SO expensive. We didn't want to pay for a big-name faucet for the deck of our Roman tub. The big-name company even sells the required rough-in plumbing pieces separately, to make the already high price of the faucet look a little lower than it really is. So we went with this faucet instead. It's beautiful, made of solid, heavy, and attractive brushed stainless steel, it's easy to install, and the price includes all necessary plumbing fixtures. One note: the big-name faucet has brass bushings to attach the faucet to the internal plumbing. The one, since it's about 1/3 the price, has plastic bushings. Our contractor kicked the the handshower hard when getting out of the tub (handshower was not visible underneath a drop cloth,) and broke off the handshower at the plastic bushing. The Wowkk company has amazing customer service that rushed another piece to us in a few days. So don't put a lot of weight on the handshower, and don’t give it a hard kick. It’s probably best not to let children rough-house with it, either. We are so pleased with the beautiful look, the waterfall-like flow, and the handshower. It brings the impressive effect of our new bathroom renovation to a higher level at 1/3 the cost of the high-end ones. ... show more

I love the feel, finish and price of this product. It was easy to install and it works great. It seems to be well made and of good quality. I accidently broke the sprayer off while tiling the tub surround. The threads are made of plastic so it snapped off as I squatted down on top of it. Totally my fault. The threads could have been made of metal but I wouldn't say plastic threads here is a bad thing. At least the sprayer threads broke and not something inside the tub that would require me to re-tile. I called the number provided and they quickly got me a price on a new sprayer and it's now being shipped to my house. The price of the sprayer seemed fair $35. I am happy with this product and the customer support for it. I would like to see pipe threads or a pex barb used on the water connection instead of rubber gaskets. But I assume the gaskets are used so anyone can install with basic tools. All in all I really like this tub faucet set. It's really nice! ... show more

Beautiful, sturdy bathtub faucet and sprayer. Bought for bathroom remodel. Our contractor snapped off the sprayer on accident while doing some tile work and Wowkk is replacing it for price of shipping only. I’ll be buying from them again.

The media could not be loaded. I will tell you right now this is exactly what I was looking for. It has a very high flow rate a very strong shower, beautiful design, heavy and well-made but it’s definitely an install for a professional. I would never have been able to do this myself, I hired a plumber. My main complaint is the swivel settings. The water faucet will swivel back-and-forth. However, the shower is in a fixed position. Idk why they would make one movable without the other, but you have to make sure the shower is pointing the direction you want it while installing Because it won’t swivel like the faucet. ... show more

Updating review after receiving replacement set (third pic)…hallelujah this time all the brass matches and its the deep golden shade of brass that will match Kohler vibrant modern brushed brass. Very happy, i was not optimistic. Will update again after installed. Old review-So this faucet seems well made and nice and heavy. However, there are three different shades of brass and the fixture set. The hand sprayer and hose are a light champagne brass. The waterfall spout is a deep brass (like Kohler’s vibrant modern brushed brass which i was hoping to match; this part’s color is also closest to how it appears online). The base of the spout and the faucet handle are somewhere in between those colors. Its very noticeable. Im ordering another to see if its a fluke because i like the waterfall design overall and kohler doesnt make a tub faucet like that. I hope all parts match on the replacement, if not Im going to have to pick something else. ... show more

I'm very satisfied with the faucet set. It looks even better than the pictures on Amazon. Great quality and a very reasonable price. As stated in the ad, the set comes with water hoses that have 1/2" connections. I need water hoses with 3/8" connections. So, I had to contacted customer service, and they promptly responded. The media could not be loaded. My wife had wanted a hand shower wand for some time now. When the old faucet started leaking it was time for a change and giver her the shower wand that she wanted. The installation was very straight forward and the instructions were sufficient for the installation. My location made it difficult but the hardware did not. It has been some time since I have installed a faucet but this had a very nice feature. Normally the back nut that is on the underside it difficult to get tight enough, especially in difficult locations such as this. In this case the nut has 2 machine screws that are 180 degrees apart so once you have it tight enough then you can tighten the machine screws to secure the fixture in place. The flowrate is excellent allowing a quick fill of this large tub. The ability to turn off the water flow without adjusting the mixing valve (with the selector on the side of the main spigot) is very nice so that you can use the shower wand intermittently. ... show more
