I wanted something nice for our master bath. I've also always wanted a showerhead with a wand. I took a chance on this one. I got flat black to go with our other fixtures. First, very easy to install. You screw the head to your pipe coming from the wall, then you screw the hose on and you're done. It took maybe 5 minutes to do that, which also included removing the old shower head. This unit has three water modes - just rainshower mode, just wand mode, or both together. It also shuts off, but the shut off mode drips some. I use the shut off mode when I'm shaving my legs so as to not wash off the shaving cream. The unit is plastic. It's a heavy plastic but still plastic. If this bothers you then don't buy it. It seems sturdy. I was worried that the wand hose - which is metal - would pull the wand from its seat. The wand seats in the head with a magnet and a bit of a lip (so it *clicks* into place). So far the wand stays put. It is not hard to get it in place, you just have to get the right angle. After a few showers you get used to how to put it back. The wand has 4 modes. I've tried them all and there is nothing spectacular about any of them. It's not a deep massager when on that mode. But it is nice enough. The rainshower head is just rainshower. It also tilts a bit so you can adjust the angle. Now, about the water itself. I got the 2.5 gallons per minute one. OMG the amount of water it puts out. You might be thinking "I'll just removed the restrictor" - you won't need to. I usually just use it on the wand only mode (rainshower off) in the full body spray mode and get tons of water. I suspect that even the 1.75 GPM model will put out a good amount of water. Another thing I noticed is that the water feels warmer than my old shower head. I'm not sure why - possibly the head itself has a different hot to cold water mix ratio - or perhaps because it is plastic it doesn't suck up the heat like my old metal showerhead. Whatever the reason, I like it. My advice - don't put this in a shower that teenagers use - they will run your hot water tank down! And lastly is just a comment for those who might have these features in their bathroom: --- if you have an integrated bench in your shower under your showerhead you will find that the rainshower part doesn't tilt out far enough to clear the bench with a standard pipe coming from the wall. Purchase a longer pipe for clearance. --- if you have installed an S shaped pipe to get more height from your shower this will work for you. The end angle will be similar enough for it to work well. Having said that, having the wand seated in its holder and on (running water) pushes the water pretty far out. If you have a shallow freestanding shower it will hit the far wall pretty high up. Should not be an issue for shower/tub combos. ... show more

I love this showerhead. I also like how it toggles between overhead and handheld. It toggles overhead, both, handheld, both and back to overhead, instead of just rotating between the 3 like most dual heads do. I usually use the showerhead by itself and it has GREAT water pressure. I mostly use the handheld to rinse off the shower walls. I wish it had a slightly stronger setting but it's still pretty good. The "off" feature is nice to conserve water while shaving your legs but it's not a true "off." Water still trickles out, just enough so the shower and water stay warm, so you're not totally freezing. I recently remodeled my bathroom and this showerhead gives a great, spa like feel. It's expensive but worth it! ... show more

We remodeled out master bath about 6 months ago and I was not too sure about going with this shower head, but I am so glad I did. Not only is this a beautiful shower head but it has so many options that you can utilize. I had always heard of people putting in rain heads from the ceiling and now I know why. What a relaxing experience! The great thing about this is that you get the rain shower head experience without running plumbing to the ceiling. The rain head portion of the unit is large and not a skimpy little shower head. The handheld shower has many water flow options. The great thing about this shower head is that you can use the rain head alone or along with the handheld shower. Oh, also great water pressure! Yes, it is pricey but well worth the money. The champagne bronze color is so stylish and will definitely give your bath that high end look. ... show more

LOVE IT! So worth it! I do wish they'd provide just the tiniest length of plumbers thread tape, because I need two inches of it, but have to buy a whole thing of it at Home Depot, take the shower head all apart, and put it all back together with the thread taped. Be sure to click the handheld into its spot, or it will swing our and crack against the wall. (It is plastic.) But overall, it is an amazing shower head combo, and very attractive. ... show more

Looks great. Easy to install. Quality construction/material/bronze coloring. Not too heavy, not too light, good tactile feel. Good spray options for massage, rinsing. Good water pressure. Handheld nozzle useful for cleaning shower and directing pulsating water to achy muscles or simply massaging body/scalp - again good pressure. ..... WISHES: 1. Stronger magnetic attraction when replacing hand nozzle. Often takes a couple of tries to find the exact placement for handle to click/lock-in place. Missed it a couple times and it fell, hitting shower wall - durable, no damage occurred. Found it's best to use both hands to secure the docking. One hand to steady the base while other hand pushes the nozzle into the docking place. 2. Slightly longer hose would be nice for reaching around the body, to spray/massage back. 3. Water to stay same temperature when switching from stationary head to hand nozzle. When switch is made water is initially cold. Didn't take long for me to learn to hold nozzle away from my body for a few seconds when changing the setting. ... show more

Nice shower head. although at first, I thought the magnet holding the shower wand could be just a little heavier for holding strength.
