I bought this for our master bathroom renovation as we removed an old tub and installed a freestanding one instead. This came in a regular box but was packaged well and had a lot of custom fitting foam around it to keep it safe during shipping. Instructions were kinda ok I guess but it wasn't too hard to figure out how it gets installed. Luckily I have a crawlspace and was able to add some extension hoses to the ones it came with so I could have a little more hose to work with in the crawlspace. The hoses that are factory don't give much room at all past the mounting bracket. Install was pretty simple and overall this thing seems like a well built faucet thats a fraction of the cost of the well known brands out there. The feel and finish of this tub faucet give me the impression of it being a quality faucet. This faucet comes with braided steel supply hoses similar to what you would get with a sink faucet. The water supply hoses that come with the faucet are not really long enough. I did get everything connected and the faucet looks and feels nice i just wish the supplied hoses where six inches longer. Once i did get everything connected the faucet works as expected. The spray wand does drip for a little while after you turn the water off but every tub sprayer i have ever used drips for a minute after being shut off. Normally that isnt a big deal but since this is a freestanding tub filler those drips end up on the floor. ... show more

Omg LOVE ! Don’t hesitate to add this to your bathroom. Heavy duty, works perfectly, beautiful style, and the shower head it amazing. I read other reviews not sure about the dripping. That is not our experience. The matte black is stunning!!
