It doesn’t feel like a Delta faucet. Parts are mostly plastic and especially the temperature handle. The temperature handle doesn’t fit snug and feels like it will snap out or get broken any time. This looks so good in our bathroom and works great. I found it strange that the bath tap is made of plastic but seems fine and you can’t tell by looking at it. The materials are not stellar but looks great. If you are buying don't forget to but the rough and be prepared to spend a grip of time installing and tweaking the valve set up. I thought the shower head was magnetic to connect to the hand held head, but it is a clip in.

I thought shower components were supposed to be metal. Guess I was wrong. This setup is not good. If I were not stuck with the contractor coming to install and can't get a replacement fast enough I would have returned this. The part where the hand held clips into the other showerhead is unbelievably hard to work. If we installed that it would have ripped the thing off the wall - it is that hard to remove and replace. The valve trim handle is metal on the large handle but plastic on the other - why can't they make both pieces out of metal? How long is this going to last before the plastic fades or gets scratched? The worst part is the tub filler part. That is 100% plastic. It looks like finger prints will stick to it a lot. It is hard to wipe off the fingerprints. Time will tell if we replace that. We already bought another showerhead with handle to replace this one. We are stuck because we thought for the price it would be a quality part. The only reason we didn't return it is we need the valve and thought the idea of being able to switch out the trim at a later date was a great idea. The stem has gone bad and water trickles out. Our other Delta showerhead that I bought with this one had low pressure also. My husband bought a cheap Delta from home Depot and it works great. Lots of pressure. Makes me jealous. So I go to his side now. MY SON HAS ONE IN HIS BATHROOM AND HIS WORKS FINE TOO. I paid a lot for this and it upsets me. My husband is a plumber so he knows how it should perform. I like Delta but this was a real disappointment. ... show more
