This looks so good in our bathroom and works great. I found it strange that the bath tap is made of plastic but seems fine and you can’t tell by looking at it. The faucet was chipped a bit when it first came in but after contacting Amazon, they quickly sent out a replacement. Overall, I would recommend! Edit: 3.5 years later - I still love the look and it still mostly works well. However the bath plug/drain developed a slow leak on year 2 which has requires us to use a little silicone disk to prevent the bath from draining. The cover of the handle pops off sometimes as well if we have guests particularly, because the temperature control lever seems a bit unintuitive, which confuses people. But the shower works.! It doesn’t feel like a Delta faucet. Parts are mostly plastic and especially the temperature handle. The temperature handle doesn’t fit snug and feels like it will snap out or get broken any time. It is hard to adjust the hot water limits when installing. We bought it for the shower head and temperature adjustment. It looks nice for sure. ... show more

Good quality faucet trim ( valve not included) except for the tub spout. It is very large and feels flimsy plastic. I bought an aftermarket spout at Lowes that was metal and more appropriate in size for only $26. Otherwise a good buy.

I thought shower components were supposed to be metal. Guess I was wrong. This setup is not good. If I were not stuck with the contractor coming to install and can't get a replacement fast enough I would have returned this. The part where the hand held clips into the other showerhead is unbelievably hard to work. If we installed that it would have ripped the thing off the wall - it is that hard to remove and replace. The valve trim handle is metal on the large handle but plastic on the other - why can't they make both pieces out of metal? How long is this going to last before the plastic fades or gets scratched? The worst part is the tub filler part. That is 100% plastic. It looks like finger prints will stick to it a lot. It is hard to wipe off the fingerprints. Time will tell if we replace that. We already bought another showerhead with handle to replace this one. We are stuck because we thought for the price it would be a quality part. The only reason we didn't return it is we need the valve and thought the idea of being able to switch out the trim at a later date was a great idea. The look was remarkable, however once we noticed parts were made of plastic and a professional was not able to install certain parts our beautiful bathroom perspective began to fade quickly. Additionally, the temperature control will NOT stay. We would send it back but the fact that we already paid a sum for the installing and the item itself sending it back would help finances at all.
