The color is perfect it’s not too gold. Love the hand held removable handle that will be useful when I clean the shower tub. Installation was fairly easy and all the parts were neatly. Delta is a bit pricey but it’s worth the money. My only concern is the cleaning of the hardaware and the shower arm was too short I had to order the extension to it that was just a few inches bigger but it helped. ... show more

Delta Arvo 14 Series Chrome Bathtub Shower Faucet Set. This replaced series 3, ball valve type. 14 series is simple to use. No volume control at the handle. Volume valve/ knob is on the shower head. Handle 3 o'clock position is off. Full hot at 12 o'clock. It's easy to dial in the right mix. The sweet spot is hit with ease and often the first time. Old ball type was a chore and a challenge. The box was missing a part (the removable sprayer) which my contractor only informed me of after they'd installed all of the other parts (and therefore rendered the item un-returnable). I tried contacting both Amazon and Delta and both tried to get me to contact the other company for support, telling me they couldn't help. Essentially out another $100 and hours of frustration because I had to purchase another shower head from a local retailer (ended up going with another brand altogether because this experience was so bad). The Delta shower head itself that I did receive in this kit was so cheap and flimsy, however, that I probably would have ended up replacing it shortly anyways. Long story short, this is junk, there's absolutely no customer support if you buy from Amazon and a part is missing. I highly recommend buying an equivalent item locally from a brick and mortar store where you would have a better chance of returning to a store if a piece is missing. I appreciated the simplicity of the install, however most of the finishes are plastic which does make it feel cheap. The tub spout also began dripping after about a months use. Water pressure also drastically changes when using both heads at the same time. But there is a strong flow from the tub spout, so fills up the bath quickly. ... show more

Bought this for my kids bathroom remodel. It’s great and it looks really good as well. I eventually need to change the door that still has gold, but the black looks so good. I love that the shower head is detachable and we haven’t had a leaking or rusting or any issues.
