I installed this in my RV and it turned out even better than I expected. The flame effect looks incredibly realistic, especially at night, and it adds a super clean, modern vibe to the space without any real heat. It completely elevates the interior and gives that cozy fireplace feel in a compact setup. I’ve always wanted a fireplace, but I’m off grid most of the time and can’t support the energy demand of a traditional unit. This ended up being a perfect solution. It draws very little power on my battery setup, so I can run it without worrying about draining my system. Installation was straightforward and everything worked right out of the box. The remote makes it easy to adjust the colors and flame intensity depending on the mood, which is a really nice touch for a small living space like an RV. Since I’m mobile, I do need to remove the water before moving, but the built in empty feature makes that quick and easy, so it hasn’t been an issue at all. Overall, this is an awesome upgrade if you want a unique, high end look without the complexity or power draw of a traditional fireplace. Highly recommend.

This fireplace will transform our living room. It's attractive, a conversation piece and sets the mood. I'm extremely impressed by everything about it including: The flame height - we get over 8 inches on the medium setting The color options - several of them look great The amount of water it holds/time between refills - it holds about a gallon of distilled water and lasts 10+ hours The timer option - perfect for when we know we'll doze off The cleanliness of the water vapor/air - I tested the air quality while using the fireplace with distilled water and it was perfect throughout operation While the functionality of the fireplace is amazing and a great value, the customer support was outstanding, too. I couldn't figure out why the pump wouldn't add water after building a little 2x4 enclosure for it. The support person got back to me the same day letting me know there was a switch on the back to change the water input method. It had been flipped, accidentally. Proceed with confidence that you're getting a great item with excellent customer support behind it.

Amazing product, highly recommended. You will probably need some external enclosure to build it in. I ordered the single colour version and it reproduces a very nice fireplace vibe. Noise level is minimal, but the device announces every change of settings with voice. It would be nice to have an option to turn off these announcements. The vapor is heated a little bit by the device but you should not expect any heat radiation from the device itself. We built a heated box around it, using plasterboard and ceramic tiles. This gives us the warm feeling of a classic fireplace and also helps avoid condensation. Build quality is OK, documentation is not so much. Great value for the price.

Great value for money. The flame looks 80% real which is awesome for $80. Having said so the wider models for $100s of dollars are definitely NOT worth it. Just stack two of them and have a gap or modify the casing if you need to. From really anything things: 1. It supposed to make fire sounds but the speaker inside is so bad it is nearly pointless, so just switch it off: 2. This stupid thing comments in voice every time you change something, utterly useless function that is also annoying. Also, the instruction is not that straightforward at the beginning though the thing itself is simple so you will figure it out.

We're doing a remodel and was about to buy an 86" optimist vapor fireplace. $9799 before tax & installation, then I saw this on Amazon and I thought what the heck, I'll give it a try? It was so inexpensive. I was not expecting too much but I was blown away, came packaged Well. It's a really solid heavy unit. worked right out of the box. I did have a problem with the Wi-Fi connection, I sent a message to support and got an answer within the hour, there was nothing wrong with the unit. Apparently, you have to hold the Wi-Fi button on when it's turned off to enable, once I did that, it paired with the Tuya app and worked flawlessly. The app gives more control over colors I'm blown away how pretty this thing is. I've bought two more and I'm gonna build a 90" vapor fireplace. You can chain them together and control all of them simultaneously with either the remote or over your phone as a single unit. There are two options you can either fill it with water manually which runs for about 10 hours or plumb it to house water supply with a refrigerator 1/4"poly pipe and then it automatically fills by itself. The colors are amazing. The realism is unbelievable. It's mesmerizing. Im so fascinated but this fireplace I'm so excited to build a huge entertainment center with surround sound centered around this product. I'll post a complete video review when it's done. I did see comments on water dripping noise. It's barely audible. And the voice only announces setting changes or low water. It does have an internal pump to fill and flush if it's not connected to a water supply. The fire place crackling noise is a beer cheesy I turned it off. So none of that was of any concern

Very disappointed with the purchase. Lasted less than 3 months. Unit will now turn on, refill water but no flames. I used it, maybe 20 times in the 3 months. Can't return it, can't replace it. Piece of junk.
