Purchased almost a year ago and still working well. Tank takes about a gallon or so of water which lasts awhile, and is quick and easy to refill using the suction autofill from a simple bowl of water. We enjoy the ambiance without the heat (we live in FL), especially the multiple colors - very cool! The new model apparently works via app, wish we had that one. Remote is a bit glitchy and have to remove battery and reinsert to get it to work. Customer Service was responsive, even months after purchase, and informed will send new remote. ... show more

    • Water fill sensor stopped working but otherwise OK

Works well but the water full sensor stopped working after a few full cycles. The fogger mechanism won’t work if it’s too full so I have to trial and error when filling. Also it came with a remote that doesn’t seem to do anything.
