Greatest thing since sliced bread.......... nearly. My wife and I built out an Overland Suburban this past winter and we wanted a means of having a warm shower. I coupled this water heater with a roof mounted shower enclosure and now we can shower with ease and privacy. We have also adapted into our kitchen/cleaning needs and simply use the shower sprayer hose and pull it over the rear barn door of the Burb. In our case, it JUST reaches and I'm going to add more hose at some point. This water heater works really well. It is super simply in its design and operation. Overall, it is sturdy enough and seems well made. I expect it will last a long time. Controlling the water temperature is as simply as literally turning a dial and it doesn't seem to use a lot of propane either. It say its maximum heating is 68,000 btus. That would be 2/3 of a gallon per hour at very high water temps. I suspect we can run the heater for DAYS on a 5 gallon tank. We cannot carry enough water actually. I built a wooden backboard and mounted the heater to that and placed a set of hooks on the backboard that catch on the roof rack. I also added an exhaust flex pipe but then found out I really didn't need it. But I do suggest you have one for safety's sake. Overall, we are pleased! Highly Recommended

I dropped a star from this unit as I just personally feel that you can get these for a bit less with the same features. I have to say though, that this unit looks great and hasn't given me any issues so far. It seems to provide great heat and functionality. The design is pretty standard from what I have seen so far, leaving nothing to be desired other than maybe some included venting gear for use under coverings of some sort.

It is an instant heating design, and the water output of 2.64 GPM (10L) is completely sufficient for one or two people to use continuously. It is very convenient for bathing, washing pets, and cleaning equipment. The device starts quickly. As long as the water pressure and gas supply are stable, hot water can be obtained in a few seconds after it is turned on. There is no need to heat it in advance or wait, and the efficiency is very high. It has built-in safety functions such as overheating protection, antifreeze protection, and automatic shutdown due to lack of oxygen, which makes it safer to use, especially in outdoor environments. These designs are really a plus. The body is light and it is effortless to carry it around. The installation is also simple, and the accessories are complete. As long as there is a water source and a propane tank, it can be connected. The firepower and water temperature adjustment are very sensitive, and the water temperature can be adjusted as needed. The maximum heating temperature is also sufficient. Even in cooler weather, the water outlet temperature can still remain stable and comfortable. The outer shell design is also very sturdy and is not easily damaged by slight collisions.

This propane powered water heater is a godsend! It's very well made and works very well, easy to setup. We find the quality that went into producing this really leaves us quite happy so we can use it however we want! Our initial application was 'Wow it would be great to have hot water in the backyard for the slip and slide' that's really what got us started on this adventure, then it went to 'well, when we take trips, it would be super cool if we could have a way to heat water with our portable propane tank' and then endless other applications were born out of that! The temperature is exactly what hit the bill for us on this, so we're so glad we got this. Far better than heating water on a kettle!

It is small and light, and very convenient to carry with you. The 10L capacity is enough, and the heating speed is very fast. You can get hot water in a few seconds after turning on the faucet, unlike the traditional storage water heater, which takes a long time to wait. The installation process is also very simple. The instructions are clearly written. As long as you connect the gas source, water pipes, and batteries, you can basically use it normally, even if you are not a professional. In actual use, the water temperature is stable, not hot and cold, and the overheating protection function also makes people feel more at ease.
