This product is not good, used it the first time and then unplugged it. When I plugged it back in a week later, it wasn’t working. I took it apart and the pipe that connects the hose to the pump broke. So I replaced the part and has worked since. A month later the paint has started to peel off of the fountain where the water sits. Not to mention it sprays water all over around it. DO NOT BUY.

Customer service worked with me, but the fountain itself is very disappointing. I purchased a more expensive fountain in the hopes of a better product. The finish in the lower water basin area began coming off after two months. The company expressed reasons why this might happen (sunlight), but if this was true after two months (one of those months the fountain was in a non-sunny area) I feel they need to improve the finish. To say the least I was very disappointed in the quality of this fountain at this price-point. After reading through some of the other reviews, I see this is an issue for others. I just feel the problem should be corrected by now.
