    • Comes witha shower-head mounted control lever. It works well.
I also have a flosser that has a valve on the hand-held device. It is designed for (and used) in the shower, so I don't have to worry about excess spray. That is a more practical design. I added this device to my shower head because my dental hygienist says I need to brush too. I use both on my shower. I floss with the water-pick style device I bought (and control the flow from the hand held portion). I then brush with his device (after adjusting the adjustable fitting on the shower head. This device is handy and works very well. I just use a little water when brushing, and can control the amount with the adjustment lever on the shower head. It works. And the device comes with a mount that is backed by two-sided tape. The tape holds well. All-in-all this is a good, practical device and it works well. I just wish I could adjust the flow in the hand-held portion rather than having to reach up to the shower head. ... show more

I am so glad that I gave this a try before buying a expensive water pack as I’ve had some dental work and I have had real trouble flossing from broken teeth. I was going to invest in one of your real expensive water pics, and ran across this and was very dismissive. However, considering how expensive the water pits are and how practical the idea of this product is I figured why not give it a try it is amazing no refilling the tanks know I’ve been through getting water all over your sink you don’t have to worry about the porch not sitting right and all of the leaking and the pressure you control. It is amazing. I am so happy. I did this a try and I recommend you do if you need it water pic that can help someone with a lot of dental issues, especially broken teeth where the food can get really stuck. I have all on 4 implants which are basically permanently installed dentures. Keeping food out from under them is very important. With this I use the brush with water flow after I eat to quickly and efficiently clean along the gum line and eliminate food particles that might otherwise get under the denture. ... show more

    • The parts that come with the unit are enough to hook it up for almost any faucet.
I had a bit of trouble figuring out what parts were needed to get this to work with my faucet, but after getting it all sorted it works like a champ. The reason for overall 4 stars is no pulsing action which is also why deep cleaning is an issue. It does very well in getting between teeth and spraying your gums and tongue. As for travel it would be problematic in that you must remove the original faucets strainer assembly to fit this...so I would not recommend it for a travel item. I am very happy with this for what it does and like the fact that it has continuous water flow to the pick. This was one of the irritations of the water pik design as it had a limited water reservoir. The other issue this unit has and it is a necessity by design, is that there is a lot of water flow into your mouth so it tends to get wet in the area you a working with this unit...sink, hose to the faucet, hands and face. Love the convenience, but the selector is shower head or the water pick. Good way to start my shower n gives time for the water to warm minimizing water waste.
