I think that this book would be especially helpful for anyone getting acquainted with water exercise, especially those who may not know how to swim and/or may be starting out w/o benefit of a coach/instructor. Concise, factual, photos and descriptions of movements are very clear. Perhaps best of all, the author is relentlessly positive and encouraging, while also reiterating safety concerns. ... show more

I still haven’t even read this through, but it seems informative and it’s the only existing book I can find with information pertaining to water aerobics. For that, it deserves a good rating! Contains exercises and explanations!
