The flosser is a great addition to your dental hygiene. It comes with a nice sized water reservoir and is strong enough to work well without damaging your gums. It's rechargeable so the cord doesn't always have to be in the way and doesn't take up much space like some others! I love it.

1st time worked great but after maybe 5mins of using it the nozzle started to pop out on "Clean" and "Pulse" mode. Is this a defect? or is anyone else experiencing the samething? Or am I using it wrong?
