The product is very durable made with a very thick plastic ( which is what I believe it’s made of) with a coating . Waterproof. Fireproof. It has a Velcro flap and when you open the flap the zipper compartment is underneath. The compartment is very roomy. It is enough to store several papers. I have put birth certificates, cards, other important documents, insurance papers, and even a little emergency money in just one folder. The product comes with 2 of them. The design is very well thought out. Highly recommended to protect your valuables or important papers. For added protection I put the folder into another fireproof bag but I don’t think it’s necessary. It will definitely protect on its own.

Totally agree with another reviewer mentioning the bad smell and sticky feeling of this bag. However, the smell completely disappeared after just one day of airing out. The exterior does not leave a residue; it just has a strong traction to the touch. The size is perfect and hopefully it will perform should the need arise.
