Finally jumped online to order and came across this item. My Biggest worry was if my sg500 would pickup/detect the new collection unit since its not OEM... BUT it worked perfectly and was able to print and continue with orders. *1 week running - no issues * direct replacement * quick shipping *quick 5 minute install/replacement Def. adding to an Amazon wish list to save and order when needed.
